C'mon Inn

This is a wonderful updated property I was impressed on how new and comfortable everything was here my review is not based towards the property itself but towards the manager and staff. I have a certified working companion who provides special services for myself he also acts as a search and rescue at my workplace. When I went to check in I was greeted with a very rude and snarky attitude from the front desk manager after I announced that I was traveling with a service animal. She had the audacity to ask me for documentation of my disability and use of a service animal which is against the law. She was insinuating that I was lying. I was deeply offended and extremely embarrassed. my stay very uncomfortable and furthermore the next day she called up to my room and asked for me to provide paperwork again. I ended up leaving the property to find other accommodations. I had sent her a copy of the federal Disability Act. Because of this I had to change my accommodation plans which was even more costly than I had originally planned. 2 Days Later I contact of the property after talking with my attorney to try to resolve this matter outside of court. All I wanted was for them to honor my original stay and not charge my card until Friday which was today I would check out as having to switch my plans was extremely costly due to accommodations and travel. At first she said she would work with us then the next day I get an email saying that I would have to pay for the night and if I wasn't able to do that to go to the local police station or church in bag for a room. I will no longer be staying at any of the properties and will continue to leave reviews about this incident and pursue legal action for the ignorance that was displayed so this does not happen to anyone else in the future. It would have been very nice to stay with this property if this incident would have not happened or something could have been resolved as I gave them a second chance kind of fix their are mess up

Updated and clean. Very friendly staff! Great breakfast. Only complaint was the noise. My room was next to an entrance/exit so I heard everyone coming and going early in the morning. Room shook when the entrance door would slam. Still probably the best place I've found to stay in Park Rapids.

Clean and spacious with friendly staff. Great courtyard and pool area. Hot breakfast. This is where we will stay next time.

The C'mon Inn was a cute and cozy hotel my party of four booked at the last minute and it turned out to be a nice place to stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating and provided us with everything we needed. I was formerly a housekeeper and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the room. They definitely deserve a raise! Shower had warm water for my entire shower. Mattress was awesome. Complimentary HBO was a nice perk. Only reason I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is because the chlorine in the hot tub/pool area was so strong it burned my eyes to the point of causing tears after 10 minutes. Also they didn't have it posted when breakfast ended and it closed sooner than most places so some of us missed out on breakfast. Breakfast hours should be listed on the hotel brochure in the room. Other than that it was a great stay and I would stay at another C'mon Inn.

Loved the feel of this place! It was cute, cozy, different layout how the balcony opened up inside to others hotels, but nice! Great staff, good complementary breakfast and fur baby friendly.
