What a great spot. We got a couple of singles and a double deluxe. Made to order and loaded with fresh toppings. I added some grilled onions and it was worth it. Get a side of fries - they hit the spot.

The portions are getting smaller daily! Almost $4 for fries and there were very little. Service is good but quality and quantity doesn't match prices. Won't be back

Amazing burger joint! Great shakes! I had the fish n chips which was incredible. The little Asian lady running the counter is very nice and obviously cares about her customers experience at her restaurant. I recommend this place to anybody that likes some good old American grease box food!Food: 5/5

This is the BEST burger mom and pop shop in Seattle. They change their oil and are mindful of fat/salt/protein proportions for the crispiest fries, perfectly balanced burgers and condiments. I highly recommend their fried fish sandwich and sweet potato fries. Their fries in general are spot on and I order them often depending on my mood--crisp and the perfect cut. They balance flavors to an addictive, loving level. The owners/operators are so accommodating and attentive--please treat them with the respect and love they deserve. This is LAST MEAL level. That said, if you're vegan which I have been, I recommend their fries and onion rings, but they are NOT a salad joint please...they can't please or cater to every dining option. You're better off in South Seattle Columbia City/Beacon Hill for vegan options. I cook vegan often and with many veggies, that's my forte cause I know my needs. Also, I find their portions VERY satisfying and more than enough... not a light eater. If you're expecting more...please let them know your expectations and ask for their suggestions! I wouldn't be surprised if they accommodated, you just have to state your needs. IE I ate a burger 6 inches across and 1.5 servings of fries--that's my bandwidth and was served default.

A wonderful family owned old-school flattop burger joint. Truly a Seattle institution. Hadn't been back there in two years, pre-COVID and they did not disappoint. The triple Deluxe with bacon was excellent. My doctor told me yesterday that my cholesterol was perfect... so I took a trip to By's to rectify the situation. Now I'm on the couch a happy man! :-

Highly recommend! All the workers were so friendly and super helpful. Their seasoned fries and strawberry milkshake were 10/10 and their garden burger was surprisingly really good. I find it hard to find a good veggie burger and they killed it. I thought the prices were really fair too. Vegetarian options: Garden Burger

Fantastic traditional American burgers! Crispy bacon, perfectly baked Brioche bun, and a variety of good toppings to choose from. Friendly service. Look forward to trying their Seafood next time.

Man tell you what, I've been coming to this spot since I was 16 years old. Every time I've came, I've never been disappointed. Triple deluxe buger with some steak fires on the side. Chicken teriyaki sandwich with some delicious curly fries.
