The service ranks as exceptional for such a busy restaurant. The pancakes we light and fluffy, the sausages were tasty as was the grits. They weren't like southern grits but definitely had a unique flavor having me wanting more. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and delicious. My only disappointment was the eggs. They lacked flavor and tasted like they were microwaved. I would certainly go back based on their service. Plan on waiting 30-45 minutes for a seat.
I enjoyed the traditional breakfast menu. The hash browns were really crispy, the breakfast bun, and overall meal was a very generous portion. The eggs were a little thick, maybe not as fresh as everything else but still good. The gluten free pancakes were also nice and fluffy.. which is rare to find when trying GF. Oh and they had sugar free syrup, a plus for my girlfriend. Pleasantly surprised there. The servers were also friendly and frequently checked in on us.
YUM! I had the berry bliss pancakes. I loved the vanilla mascarpone layered within the pancakes. I had Coke but it was fun watching them make fresh orange juice on the machine behind me. The flavor of the bacon was good. I personally prefer my bacon just a little crispier. The service was excellent. It was super crowded and they were still super attentive and friendly.
Had a good portion with my breakfast. Asked for crispy bacon and hashbrowns they weren't as crispy as I like sent the bacon back with no issues. It's thick cut so ended up a little chewy but still tasted great. Scrambled eggs were light and fluffy and pancakes were good. My server was very nice and attentive. Great atmosphere and a busy place. Overall really good. Thank you!
delicious food! wont go wrong with anything on their menu.. even coffee and the freshly squeezed juices are tasty.. service was the only thing not up-to the mark, at-least that was my experience.. there is always a big line and there are no reservations, its first come first serve.. may be its the crowd that causes the servers to rush you to order!
Omg! This has to be one of the best places I’ve been to for breakfast. We are visiting Phoenix for vacation and saw that displays at 4.7 stars plus the delicious photos of their menu items. It definitely lived up to the hype. There were several unique pancake options. I ordered the Blueberry danish pancakes and the veggie omelette + chicken sausage. It was over the moon! I would’ve also liked to try the cinnamon roll pancakes. The fresh orange juice machine was cool. Whole oranges in, fresh juice out. Our server, Mattie was chill and friendly. She knew exactly when to come by and check on us without being bothersome or intrusive. I was seated in a chair facing the kitchen so I was able to watch the wait staff and kitchen staff move like a well oiled machine on this busy Sunday morning. It was perfection.
I order orange juice, French toast and hash browns. I loved my meal the orange juice was freshly squeezed no artificial it was delicious so was the food! They serve large portions of food so money well spent. The waitress was really sweet she was attentive with checking up on us! The wait to be seated was only 5-10 min not long at all. Great customer service and food highly recommend! :
Went here for a fine Saturday morning and this restaurant enhanced that morning to an excellent one. Nice small restaurant with pleasant staff and tasty food. Pancakes are divine. One should definitely try their pancakes.
I got eggs verde with potatoes on the side. The potatoes were crispy, wasn’t expecting that, but it was glorious! I don’t want to try another hash after this one. It truly set the tone for me. Eggs are well cooked, verde sauce tasted like authentic Mexican sauce. I tried their pancakes, moist and flavorful. Warm maple syrup was a nice touch. It truly upped the flavor. Their coffee is strong but the creamer they provided was the perfect blend. Their orange juice is fresh! You can just tell they use quality ingredients for their food. Not too long of a wait time for me. Would definitely go here again!
I was excited to finally try this place but didn't realize I already had through their sister restaurants, Butters! This is their original location where it all began. Same great service, food, and quality. It is bigger than the other locations and busier as many know. We had to go earlier in the morning. Otherwise, you have to wait outside with the crowds since there's no reservations. Food is always good, and ingredients are high quality. They have amazing coffee and baristas and fresh squeezed juices. Highly recommend their OJ! The way they prepare their eggs are always made the best here. The service is fast and courteous, and managers sometimes do table touches, which is nice. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
