My husband and I decided to make our own sausages, smoked meat and schnitzel for a French dish called Choucroute. Butcher by Nature totally hooked us up! The meat was excellent quality and super fresh and produced crowd pleasing results!! Thanks so much! Dinner was a success.

A great Butcher Shop.Frank, Mirella, Trish and Nella are wonderful. They go out their way to make sure that I am satisfied. Fantastic steaks, organic chicken and homemade sausage. What's not to love about this shop.
