Story

As a family-run tradition for over 20 years, we have been the Meat Experts of Bloor West Village, providing the highest quality meats and deli products with unsurpassed service and unmatched value.

We have always produced our own meat products using our enduring European family recipes. This really is the only way to guarantee that our meat is the freshest, of the highest quality, and that all of our ingredients are the finest available. Our Delicatessen / Butcher Shop is a well established fixture on Bloor Street West, 2 blocks east of Jane Street and many of our customers come in daily to satisfy their cravings for our delicious flavors which are the best to be found anywhere in the GTA.

Our ongoing success has led us to expand our smokehouse and meat plant in 2008 to our new facility in Mississauga. All of our famous sausages of endless varieties, along with the rest of our huge selection of meats are now produced daily here in our own plant. Furthermore, opening our Mississauga plant gave us the opportunity to open a factory outlet store thereby making all of our fine products now available at both locations.
