Their customer service is excellent and well worth the premium, usually. These days, I feel like I'm making multiple trips and never really getting the resolutions I'm looking for. A+ for effort, but the supply chain squeezes are making it tough to do any sort of exchange when things aren't quite right.

Simply the staff here are just an awesome group of people! The staff looks like they are always enjoying themselves and if you have a question you know it’s going to get answered!

This MEC has a decent inventory but the customer service is excellent! All the staff are knowledgeable of not only the outdoors, but for their products as well. If you need help, they'll certainly be able to give you a hand.
