If a big fat ZERO or even double ZERO or triple ZERO is available, I will give to this store without a shadow of a doubt! I have been a frequent shopper and TJM credit card owner for 20+ and I have never felt so disrespected anywhere but here. The managers are beyond rude and have triple ZERO people skills. I tried to return something that I didn't realize it had a tear until the day I needed to wear it. It was only two days after their 30 days return policy when I tried to return but they refused to accept and gave me this BS that they wouldn't sell a damaged good. I have no use for it and would definitely NOT invest in getting it fixed when I purchased it full price and should be damaged-free to begin with. This wasn't the first time I was rudely treated by the managers and employees there but this last trip was the last straw! I will never, ever set foot at that store ever again! YOU SHOULD, TOO!

Usually a pretty clean place, nice selection. There is a lot of turn over with the employees. But service always seems to be good.

Great prices....gave it a 4 because they don't have men shoes and also not a lot to choose from for boy clothes but everything feminine is available

Usually the employees never count my items because I count them or I show them. But an elderly employee counted my items & as well as counted them when I left the fitting room . Like are you serious? And she kept eyeing me like I might of stole something. I left my cart for her nasty attitude.

Probably the best T.J. Maxx This side of the river because they have a variety of little finds that change often and pretty amazing clearance prices as well. Here are two mugs we found at this store for under $10.00. Fab!
