Burger Theory

We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was surprisingly empty for the quality of food we were served. I had one of the best burgers I've ever ordered from anywhere juicy but not greasy. Service was prompt and I was genuinely impressed by my experience here. We'll be back soon :

Went here for the first time with my husband, he is very picky but love his burger and my nachos, they were both really good. Our server Liz was very friendly fast and efficient. I was a little expensive but still very good. I had the brownie for dessert and it was excellent, but highly recommend it if you have a sweet tooth. Everything was really nice new and clean including the bathrooms. I will definitely be returning.

I had no expectations coming in, as it was attached to a holiday Inn. Decor and feel is much like that of a hotel restaurant, a little drab and nothing special. A few large tv's for sports if you're into that though. Decided to try the lone star burger. Patty was cooked decent, not overly seasoned and overall taste was good. The potato bun tasted better than it looked. Pickle on the side was nice. Onion rings were overcooked and greasy, as if tossed into a fryer with oil that wasn't hot enough. Service was okay as well. I suspect service is normally better as I came in an hour prior to closing. She was polite but not very present as she was cleaning up and resetting for the morning.

Burgers were really good, but a bit on the pricey side. Service was nice enough but kind of slow, especially considering there was only two other tables.

Looking for an awesome burger, this place is great. Service was quick and friendly. Fries were delicious and crisp. I had the Farm fresh burger and my hubby the stuffed burger. Would definitely recommend both. Tons of flavor, juicy and fresh.

Just got take out from this place and could not be happier! Burgers were amazing! Both the beef and chicken burgers were juicy. Vegetables on the burger tasted fresh... I have never had a burger anywhere else where you get such a nice thick slice of tomato. Their potato buns were delicious as always. Highly recommend this place for anyone that appreciates high quality food.

I stopped by here for dinner tonight as I live down the street and wanted to try this new burger place for myself. First off, the service is slower than molasses- it took over thirty minutes to get one lousy burger, and I do mean lousy! I ordered the burger that is stuffed with bacon and has double cheese on it, so I expected a delicious flavor explosion. Instead, I got a burger that was blander than cardboard and at a price point that doesn’t justify its atrocious quality. I was very disappointed and definitely won’t be back. My go to burger place is the burger joint on 23 ave- now these guys know how to make a tasty, flavorful burger. I wish I had gone there tonight instead of this terrible place...

Wow! Best burger in the city! I highly recommend you try it!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn attached to the restaurant Burger Theory. The hotel had a great little deal where your breakfast could be included in your stay, so I decided to do the deal. The next day rolls around and I decide to go in for breakfast, I had a lovely server named Cheryl serve me, she was friendly, happy and really put me in a great mood to start my day. I was a disappointed to hear that there was no tip setting on the breakfast deal, so I could not tip Cheryl. I think the hotel and burger theory should have a setting for their serving staff as Covid has really took away the thought of carrying cash for most people. I really hope this is something this company looks into as I felt bad not being able to give her a tip. Thank you for the great service Cheryl.

Very interesting tasting burgers. The chicken burger tasted really good. I got the special burger bacon infused pattie? it was a little dry and felt like they just mashed 2 patties together with the filling in between. Would try again but a different burger. They're in the hotel lobby, kind of hard to find.
