I don’t usually like to give feedbacks due to personal reasons but my experience here was so amazing. John and his colleague made sure I was very comfortable. The food was made so quickly and it was delicious and satisfying. It’s the best fries I have had in my over 10 years in Toronto. I am sure come back again. I would say my $26 was well spent
Great place for Cheat meal . They have a variety of options on burgers. I tried the California classic Burger and chicken low priest sandwich. The crust was golden brown with a lovely load of butter on the California classic The coating used for chicken was addictive The staffs were so friendly & service was really nice too Vegetarian options: They had two vegetarian options.
Great burgers! Great staff! John was very efficient and made me feel at home. Both on site and take out services are great. The atmosphere rating is only for the music being a tad too loud....but then, I do find most places too loud, so others might very well enjoy it. Now, those burgers really are great....nearly addictif! In a good way :

Every time we come here, we have a great experience here. All the people greet us with warmth, and they always have smile on their faces. We are very satisfied with their service. And the quality of the food is always good and delicious. Hundred percent recommend this place Food: 5/5
Best burgers in Toronto, and I’ve tried many. My favourite is the Bacon Double Cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and BBQ sauce. Their fries are so good, I order them without salt. The atmosphere could use an upgrade. Most of their tables rock and the stairs to the washrooms are slippery. Beware. However the food is amazing, their staff is amazing and I try to get there 4 times a month.

I have never witnessed such inept and uninterested service from a restaurant in my life. I had to send back a single order three times because they kept messing it up. No apologies, just dirty looks and they made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by asking for what I paid for. They finally got the toppings right but when I got home the burger was raw inside. Totally dumbfounded by the garbage experience of attending this business.
The burgers exceeded our expectations! If you're in the mood for a classic-style burger that is delicious and melts in your mouth, this is the place.. and the cookies are a pleasant surprise. Thanks to the team for the great service and getting us to try the cookies. Delicious.
John served me at the Danforth location. He even brought the food to the table I was sitting at, and was an overall pleasant guy. I'm sure it's not a high paying job, but he went above and beyond anyways. Keep this employee at all cost! Food was good. I asked if the fries came salted, and they made sure it was extra salted without me even asking. The cup the chilli comes in is a bit small for $7 , I would recommend increasing the portion a bit. Thanks John!
