Good burgers but sorry to say staff are careles. Always long wait times either inside or drive thru. And hours vary alot because of staff shortages

Personally I have not gone to the B. K. Drive through But(I live near the area) I've noticed it seems to be closed by 10:00pm. I have seen Many cars try it. The hilarious part is they back out. Uh, it's CLOSED. I certain they wouldn't mind if you just went forward through rather than backing up. (Some of you are not so great at it.)😬

super slow went during lunch hours and I will not be back! All the employees wanted to do is talk about their personal lives rather than serve customers

Quick stop to feed a hungry kid. Mission accomplished. Food was made fresh, service was quick and professional. Bathroom was pretty gross though. Typical for fast food.

OMG! Two hours before closing Memorial Day 2017 I went through the drive thru for a quick dinner. I was in town for the weekend events as a Gold Star Mother, staying in a nearby hotel. I returned to my hotel and found there were no condiments in my bag. The Manager on duty that night needs to go work with plants and cacti, something that doesn't require people skills. The kitchen fixed my special order but the Manager packed the bag. I called 6 times before anyone answered the phone when they finally did I explained the problem and told them I'd like my order remade but correctly this time. He told me don't bother coming back, he's Not remaking my order just because he forgot something. I went back anyway and asked again. Unfortunately it turned ugly when he told me he was busy, go sit. WTH?? I was told to talk to the General Manager the next day, I asked him to call the GM. After 20 minutes of his refusal, a call to the GM straightened things out. He told the kitchen to remake my order. It was already a stressful weekend and this did upset me. After I got back to my room I found the food in my bag all sloppy, the burger was oozing sauce, onion rings everywhere, and enough condiments to open a small store thrown on top of my open food. How very unsanitary. I go to Bozeman often and will Never go back there. What a sucky experience
