The service I received this evening was so awesome. Our waitress was so kind and hilarious! She entertained us and gave us dinner. It was wonderful

While no one goes to Olive Garden expecting a fancy meal, our experience was awful. We ordered an appetizer of fried calamari and they brought it out raw and then charged us for it. It should have been obvious to the cooks and waiter that this wasn't cooked (instead of a golden brown fried food, it was pale white and looked exactly as one would expect when it is in the frozen form). Somehow the calamari was warm but the fact that it was presented to us at all is appalling. They couldn't possibly have put it in hot oil.

Went for dinner on Veterans Day with a group of Vietnam Veterans. All of the staff was gracious, kind and very respectful to the Veterans.  It was appreciated beyond words...Thank you very much!!!

Staff is helpful and nice. Food is blah - microwaved frozen stuff they probably get by the ton, easy to tell when you get a piping hot dish on the outside, still frozen in the middle (Lasagna). Tomato sauce has this acidic taste of canned produces. I doubt there's anything made from scratch on premises. Came once, won't come back.

The food is what you expect at a chain but I enjoy it. I feel like I am getting a good deal every time I go; and the staff are always very friendly.
