Burger King

Although I have always been nervous going to this Burger King after the awful reviews, I have made my way down there multiple times and haven’t had the crazy problems others have had. I do agree however, the restaurant itself could be a little bit more sanitary. Otherwise the food was decent and the service was nothing out of the ordinary. When it comes to it I would go back because I love their shakes and fries.

12:50 am today I was in your restaurant. Ate some food and went back to the counter to order more. Nobody was there. I then tried to use the p.os. to order my own spicy chicken jr.thinking that might wake them up. After a minute someone came up and treated me like trash and commented that they could lose their job for me touching the p.o.s. They don't deserve their job. It's all on video and I just wanted a sandwich. There is absolutely no reason the counter was that empty that long. I left without my last sandwich. Won't ever return. Tried to call the store to talk about this they hung up on me then left the phone off the hook. This can all be verified. Just check your cameras. Jan 7 12:50 am. Worst service ever.

They don't change the oil in the deep fryer often enough so the fries taste horrible.

This is not a clean restaurant . My food had hair in my hash brown this morning . The guy at the cash register spread his hand over the ice in the ice machine with no gloves. ( Unbelievable ). A good way of get Hepatitis . Burger King really need to check into this before someone gets sick . You really shouldn't handle money and prepare your food with no gloves . I'll not be back to this one EVER.!!!!!!!!

I think one star is incredibly generous. This location is all but guaranteed to either make you wait forever, or serve you the wrong/ poor quality food. The lobby is almost always gross and leaves you searching for a halfway clean place to sit. The employees are always incredibly unprofessional as well - dirty and foul mouthed. I have seen multiple cashiers working with obnoxiously large hickeys on their necks as well. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I have tried this location at all hours of the day on every day of the week. At least they are consistent with one thing - delivering a poor customer experience in almost every aspect.
