Stopped off for a quick meal to break up a road trip back to town. Interior was clean and cutely decorated for autumn/Halloween which was nice to see. Plexi glass up at cashier/pick up area which is good too. Food came quickly and it’s as good as it gets for BK fast food. Simple review and rating makes it straight forward for our visit here.
What a beach! I’ve been going to this Burger King for a few years now. Every now and then I get these two lady’s that I’m sure hate their life and especially their job’s. Must be mom and daughter.They are the most rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. No emotion. Why would you put anyone like that at drive through or till. Hard to go back, but my kids like the food.
RUDEST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Got into the drive-thru, didn’t even get the window down half way before this girl is yelling “HELLO?!???” Asked for a minute please and not even a minute later she goes “SO ARE YOU READY YET?!” We were the only vehicle in the drive-thru, no one in front of or behind us. Inside was dead as well. We said “No actually we aren’t, we’re good thanks” and we drove off. Idk how this girl has a job treating customers this way and causing the business to lose money. We won’t be back again. :
How come you guys hired someone who cannot speak an English I spoke to her with English but she hung up the phone even I didn't finish my word. I am so disappointed you guys. 2022 June I ordered burger from your app but I couldn't get my burgers because you guys were closed. And how come even you guys closed took order from customers? I still have my receipt that I couldn't get my burger but they charged my money. how come big company do like that? you guys are thieves!!!! please money back or give me a burger! and you should fired her she was very rude to me!!!!!!!!! I called you 2022 August 4th 8:32pm!!!!!!!!! you will check who worked at that moment! so much disappointed you guys! and I will tell your head office that what I had experienced!!!!! even one star!!!!!! Been to this place many times and never an issue but after today’s experience I’ll never be back. Hands down dealt with the most rude lady I’ve ever dealt with in my life.. not to mention I swear they dunked our burger in deep fryer oil and threw them in the bag. Too bad this place sucks now.
Well poor place need more staff. But the girl that served up was friendly, the fries were a little dry and need more salt. Burgers was good , onions rings were good

It was all good. It's fast food so what is there to say ...it filled a hole, on the go. The food was fresh and the place was clean Vegetarian options: They have an impossible type burger option
I went through the drive thru. Turned off my vehicle and placed my order. No matter what I said the lady taking my order couldn’t get it right. She heard what she wanted to hear. When I got to the window I asked for a receipt before I paid so I could confirm it was correct. She gave me it and then left for 5-6 minutes. I proceeded to ask her if there was only ketchup on my kids 3 kids burgers. She said, “you may have said that but I didn’t say that” I said it is what I ordered, what I always order for my kids. Also the reason I was confirming. She wasn’t willing to fix it, so I told her I was going to drive away. She then called me a b****. Nice customer service Burger King. Went down the road to wendys and had no issues with same order. As per the reviews I see this is nothing new.
Manager is absolutely horrible and rude to her staff almost wanted to say something hopefully she takes her attitude and leaves it at home next time she goes in for work or just quit if your miserable because your staff was trying there best and that kid did not deserve the attitude from her!!!!
