It's been quite a few years since I had eaten at Arby's. Driving through the area, I decided to try it again. I ordered the 'Double' Beef and Cheddar with curly fries and a drink. I have to say, I did not expect the sandwich to be so full of beef. Most sandwiches just don't stack it like that. It was perfectly warmed through and tasted great. I'm happy I stopped in. Was also very happy to see cherry coke as an option for the beverage. Good lunch, good value. I'll be in again the next time I drive through Kamloops.
Only the drive-through is open and was very, very slow. Food was completely cold. Fries were cold. Fried chicken sandwich was like it just came out of the fridge. Cheese not melted. Hard bun. The worst meal ever! Never going back. You can’t even complain unless you want to go back to the end of the drive-through and wait forever because the restaurant is not open.
Was so happy to eat at an Arby's on my holiday. Service was slow. Restaurant is under renovations. Not much space to eat inside, because the new equipment is taking up a lot of space. Was not happy with my Jamoca milkshake. It was runny, no thickness to its all. I had to throw it away. What a waste of $6.00. I had the brisket sandwich. It tasted good, but there wasn't enough meat in my sandwich. Unlike the Arby's restaurants in the USA. You get more meat for your money in the USA. I liked the crinkle fries though.
Had to wait 10-15 minute for some curly fries and was the only one sitting at the window... there service is abysmally slow when it comes "fast food" Definitely my last time coming here for "fast food"

Only the drive through is open, I'm certain the atmosphere would be 5 star as well. The drive through servers were very polite young men.Food: 5/5
Arby's is my favorite fast food place. The mozzarella sticks are unbeatable as well as the peppery chicken strips. Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly and offers kid meals
