I was at the Kalahari and decided to get breakfast here after checking out from the room,is a shame what Fast food has became. Remember back in the time when u had to wait for a table? There was a line to order your food,the line is now outside cause is just not a good experience anymore. The bathroom this dirty when there was 3 customers dining in,you can tell that is old dirt sticked to toilet and walls.The food got more expensive,smaller meat and nuggets,managers are only into their salary and nothing more,is sad cause no one cares anymore and that's why BK is going down faster than the Titanic.
Fresh foods and fresh products all the time. Inside clean and modern Burger King . Out side clean. they are in a nice location. Easy in and easy out. They have a drive-through. And that’s really very helpful. Staff over there friendly. Of course mistakes happen but over all they doing good job. Especially these days with the coronavirus. So I highly recommend it.
Always hot and fresh food including fries. Workers could be more friendly but that may just simply be peraonality issues as i too work in fast food.
This place has fallen from grace significantly. I can't remember the last time I went here and didn't wait 15 minutes at least in a drive thru. Nobody is in uniforms, people are I'm sweat pants with no care to appearance, no professionalism. Food is "ok" but they need some help for sure. They renovated the facility but they need to work on their quality and people side too.
Friday around 330ish I sat in the drive threw for almost half an hour just to order food then it took me another ten minutes just to get my food and there was only two vehicles ahead of me! Otherwise there normally quick about it and do okay on making food this was not it maybe stay away from BK ON A FRIDAY Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible from the front

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through the drive thru I make a purchase of over 45$. And they ALWAYS forget something. At first I would get home and realize it would be missing first my 10 piece nuggets the next time was a drink for the kids meal . After the 2nd time I started pulling over to check. 3rd time it was my chicken sandwich 4th was 2 orders of jalapeno poppers. The fries are ALWAYS cold and I've only gotten the sauces twice. I've attached a picture of what my chicken sandwich looked like after I went in and asked for what I paid for. The managers have always been nice but half of the cashiers need to go. This place has only gotten WORSE. I have been going to burger king for over 30 years and this is one of the worst ones there is . Girl at the register on Sep 10 around 3 had an attitude. I'll probably start going elsewhere.
This is a good location for fast food. It is clean and freshly renovated. Sometimes there is a long line at the drive through. The impossible whopper is my favorite. My 5yr old enjoys the happy meals and I like that they are eco-friendly. Kid-friendliness: Very casual
I was in the drive through for 20 minutes with one person in front of me, their entire order was one bag did not warrant the wait and once I got to the front no employee was there. Parking: Giant English muffin delivery truck was almost blocking the drive through
Now trying the “sundae” the chocolate fudge texture is like tasting sugar that’s been sitting in the bottom of a cup of ice coffee! It’s gritty.
