This location surprised me in a good way. I ordered breakfast at 10:28am thought I had til 11:00am. Got there, found that breakfast was over, expected to have to refund. They ended up making breakfast for me anyway, which I wasn't expecting. Ultimately, the location has been consistently great especially with how hard it is to staff. The App is a separate issue altogether. It would have been great if the app had warned me about the time restriction PRIOR to taking payment Great for the location, great for me, great all around. App is pretty awful, location is good.
Very unprofessional employees shouting the one they speak of as a manager was out In dining area with her bf /husband and her trophy then walk back and cook food not washing hands. Food was cold and not made correct love the hiring sign apparently it’s about right
Chking sandwich had no toppings on it and the the bacon burger was a mess. The staff sure had enough time to goof off and throw things at each other tho. Tried to call over 5 times and no one answered the phone
I never leave reviews like this but I couldn’t hold back on this one. If I could leave zero stars I would as this service doesn’t even deserve a single star. The service I and the others in the lobby received was absolutely atrocious. They had 5-6 people working and we waited 30 minutes for a simple order of a hamburger and a shake......30 minutes. They didn’t care about any of us waiting and two people waiting to order actually walked out before they even ordered since they stood at the register for 5-10 min and not a single worker acknowledged them or any of us waiting. Finally after 25 min of waiting they finally asked me why I was still standing there! I said I still don’t have my food then they gave me a shake that was completely melted and made 25 min ago in a small cup soda cup . I got a cold hamburger that had been sitting on the rack for 30 minutes by the time I got it . The manager working had a attitude towards us and didn’t offer to make it right or do anything besides shove the bag at us and say sorry. I could of went to the grocery store bought a lb of hamburger drove home and grilled them in the same time it took them to make our food. I deal with customers at my job all the time and if any of my customers ever had a issue like this we make it right and I left feeling like they couldn’t care less. Hopefully they were having a bad day but I will not go back after quite a few small but annoying issues and today was the final large issue.
I don't leave bad reviews but this location is a huge disappoinment. Probably the worst Burger King out there. Used to be better food but it's getting worse and worse. My fries and/or rings are always old and nasty. Buns are hard. Always out of food and sauces. Even the Dr. Pepper has been terrible. Only a couple of employees here care about giving you good attitude. Although I only live 4 minutes away, by the time I get home I have no interest in heading back for them to fix my food. Shame on me for giving it so many attempts. Go to Culver's or Taco Bell across the street and save yourself the $20 in terrible food. On my last visit I explained my past problems and assured me the food was fresh. Although the rings were good, everything else was terrible.
Not sure how this is open . These employees will be the reason they shut down .ever wanted to know what it's like to eat in a abandoned place ? I asked for ranch when I ordered so ring it up!!!!! Got old nasty fries . Soda was literally moldy got a eyeroll being wanted ice . I through my drinks away . In 2 years of covid they couldn't clean a thing
Placed order at drive-thru; one vehicle in front of us; waited over 15 minutes & nobody ever appeared in the drive-thru window to help the customers in front of us. We drove off... if they are that disorganized, cannot even begin to imagine how poor the food quality could have been.
I like Burger King, but I can't recommend this location to anyone. I ordered a Texas Whopper and it was poorly prepared. It only had maybe 3 jalapeños on it and they were all in the middle of the sandwich. If I wanted a bacon Whopper I would have ordered one. I brought it up to the lady behind the counter, and it was like she didn't know what to say. Horrible customer service. So I said I guess I will not be coming back to this location. And all she said was ok. Another employee then tried to apologize, but at that point it was past a simple apology. I will not be giving my business to this Burger King in the future. And I will share my poor experience with as many people as I can.
Ever since I've been using the Burger King coupons that I get in the mail, I have become impressed with this location. The food was good, the price was awesome with coupon, and the order was delivered to me 100% accurate.
Good breakfast, and with their coupons, a great value too. Better value than McDonald's. Excellent service by friendly staff.
