I like that they are now making the drink when you are at the window instead of having it sit which makes it melt. It did take a while to get our food and they missed stuff, but it’s a fast food restaurant with teenager workers. Still taste good we are just not in the mood on going back to get the rest of our food. So we improvised. You know how it works the time we don’t check the bag in the parking lot is the time they miss something.
This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to some bad ones. The store is new but that’s the only nice thing about it. The store has been out of Beef multiple times…. The one ingredient in almost every single thing you sell is sold out? Every single time and this isn’t a exaggerated statement but not once in any order I’ve made there has it actually been correct. They have stolen so much money from me in missing food and by the time you get done eating your food, so it doesn’t all go bad you don’t feel like going back to pick up your missing taco or your missing fiesta potatoes. The biggest problem is it’s always something for my wife that is missing so I must be insane by continually going back and thinking I will get different service. This will be the last time that I will go back to that store. They are absolutely terrible. This isn’t just employees now it’s been the same thing since the day this location opened up so it’s either management or something because it’s down right ridiculous how much they mess up. After waiting in drive through for 29 min and I was the second car in line at that and you then mess up the simple order. I don’t normally leave bad reviews because everyone has a bad day ever now and then but this store is opposite and only has a good day one a year.
Ordered 2 crunch wraps and other burrito n tacos. The crunch wraps were made so poorly. The portion was so small. Next to no meat no tomatoes at all. No sour cream or cheese and very little lettuce on half of it. Can't eat that. Called no answer. Going up there tomorrow. What a joke luckily my burrito filled me up.Food: 1/5
Everytime we try to do an online order they are out of something. They won't substitute for anything else. You money is already taken out of your account, and they can't do a refund there. You have to do it online, and it takes days to get your money back. The store was good when it opened. Now it's gone to hell.
I wish there was a 0 rating. Waited over 20 minutes for 4 regular tacos and a burrito supreme. Absolutely terrible. Some $20 on pretty much taco shells. One regular soft shell was probably bigger than the burrito.
Ordered food online at 9 pm. When we showed up at the window they told us they were out of soda, ingredients to make doughnuts, and they were out of ingredients to make any tacos or burritos. This has happened many times before because the employees inside don’t want to work so they turn people away. I know this because they told me on a different occasion that they stopped selling My Cravings Boxes and yet I managed to order one online the next day. Most of the employees at this location need to be let go and start hiring someone who actually cares.
Today on 1-29-23 I am a door dasher. I came in to the store at around 12:58 because the order was to be done and picked up by 1:07 pm. I didn't get the food till 1:29pm and everyone was talk and laughing behind the counter. One girl was on her phone and one guy was walking around like he didn't know what to do. I seen them get out about 6 people in the lobby and then clear out drive thru and then one guy started to ask if any of the other orders were done and he started to clear out the order list. They did not speak to anyone or ask anyone what they needed still or if anyone had been helped. And during this whole time standing waiting I could hear swearing and other things that should not have been said within ear range of any customer. Yet I could hear all this from the doors of the store. Something needs to be done. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.
Second time I've been here since moving to the area. Messed up both orders along with 3 orders from other customers while I was waiting. And I waited 10 minutes for 2 tacos. Won't be coming back since the manager offered to give me sides of what they had forgot instead of making my order correctly. Go to the one on Richmond instead. This one is garbage.
Who even owns part of this franchise that would have such a dirty nasty place as Little Chute Taco Bell it's disgusting. Most of the time they're out of everything it's been almost a year since I've been there I decided to go and give it a try one more time. I sat in line behind four cars waiting to order I finally get up to order and they tell me they're only taking Uber orders only. I couldn't even believe it. Never never again while I go to this Taco Bell or any other. Drive to Taco John's it's much better anyways.
This was the third time in a row I had stopped by around 10pm, pulled up to the drive thru just for someone to tell me that they aren't opened for orders again! I asked why they aren't taking orders when there clearly is a group of people inside eating right now. The guy in drive thru said they were out of supplies. Ok that doesn't explain the group of people eating inside still. This location has been horrible for many months. I need to reach out to corporate about this. These staff seems to be getting paid for free and treating friends to eat inside when they said they're closed.
