I have been eating atleast 5 times a month at Chipotle for the last 7-8 years, all over the country, always ordering the same thing. Well for a first time I got charged for side of hot sauce that I always order with the chips and guac. Its my first time and last at this location. Chicken was under cooked as well.
Everytime I go here the steak is extra well done and cold and they always refuse to make more. Never friendly service here. 6:20pm 9/7/21. No more visits after this.
Food is always consistent with them. Staffing issues caused them to only do app and web orders yesterday.. I did have to wait a few minutes longer than promised but no big deal, they were all busy on the line. One guy was wiping down surfaces with a cleaner too.
Food is delicious but the chips were old. Almost ancient! Hard! Yuck
Was told no cilantro on top of tacos. WTH I cant handle eating tacos without cilantro
Might as well shut this place down they don’t take cash , only take online orders , staff are unprofessional with attitudes I’ll take my money else where
Very hit or miss, but I think right around or right after lunch time is the best time to go. I've been here many times, but it's not because the food warrants it. when it's good though, it is top tier food. not Mexican food, but good food nonetheless.
