Food was mediocre at best. Way liberal employees were snobby. the ethnic girl Hispanic I believe scolded me for pointing telling to keep my hands back they never broke the glass barrier. She just wanted to exert some authority like most libs. I'll never be back or recommend this establishment to anyone.
Food was decent, the non white girl I think mexican? was incredibly rude and very rushy, kinda odd since there was nobody in this place. Also she didn't know the menu and kept asking what I wanted on my Mac bowl even though I kept telling her just the bowl the way it comes, no changes. She looked at me like I was stupid. Management please do something about this else. Nobody should be made to feel stupid and unwelcome in your restaurant We went at 8pm on a Saturday.

Refused service because I wouldn't leave my 12 week old and 5lbs puppy in the car in 10 degree weather. Would recommend going somewhere more welcoming and caring.Food: 3/5
The gentleman that helped me when I first came in was friendly and helpful, but the ladies near the end were very unprofessional. And my food was cold even though I ate in.
The cashier's here should be trained better. I'm charged differently for the same order every time. Today I was charged close to 3 dollars after tax for getting the tortilla on the side of my bowl. In my experience of working for qdobas a bowl is supposed to come with a free side of chips or a tortilla.
We just tried to spend over $800 there but they can't do anything under 24 hours. This is third time in a month they cannot work with us. We're done trying.
Just stopped here and been here a few other times on my travels. The girl working today maybe a manager? asked me what kind of meat I'd like. I didn't know the name so pointed to the one in the back corner. Apparently she didn't like that and told me I needed to keep my hands out from under the counter. I thought it was a joke, it definitely wasn't. I don't need the attitude when trying to just order food, I'll go somewhere else, thanks.
Probably the best fast food restaurant in my opinion. Reliably good fare for an affordable price.Food: 4/5
This QDOBA has some excellent food and priced about what you expect. The staff are friendly and helpful. First time going to a QDOBA since I was a child and they helped me learn my way around.
