This location always finds a way to get worse, even when you think it couldn't possibly get any worse. Went there today to order food in the drive thru, person taking the order was rushing me along not really getting a chance to properly decide what I wanted. After deciding on a meal for each family member I was getting food for they asked what I would like to drink. I told them what soda pop I wanted and they told me their machine was broken. They should have made that clear before letting me order even. Especially when they heard me ordering meals. They didn't have any problem cutting me off when I was trying to decide what I wanted so they could have jumped in it anytime to tell me they didn't have a working soda pop machine. Food was just as meh as it always is. Management needs to take a field trip to a better location like north branch and take some notes. Maybe then they can turn this place around and make it desirable to eat there again
Definitely try the Whopper here it's really good and the employee is actually care and you can always depend on getting a good feeling Whopper and a drink anytime of the day within business hours thanks guys for being there for me when I need my Whopper
4:25 pm Monday. Person taking order actually told me to order food the way she wanted; not my way. Asked for Xtra Lettuce, got 3 small quarter size piesteces of Lettuce. 1/2 piece of bacon, 3/4 full drinksall ice ,asked to speak to manager and got ignored even when I went in. No salt, like I asked, and no receipt. 1 Person inside . 1 car in line. Forest lake, MN. Usually ok but not with the Person on intercom that time.
Went to Burger King forest lake, ordered then seen the guy in the back no gloves pushing tots around with his fingers touching everything and the food, told the lady manager I want a refund and cancel my order and why ,she insisted that his hands were clean! Doesn’t matter you don’t and I don’t know if or when he washes his hands !! Unsanitary gross!!!

Just nasty whopper got a headache after. Best to go to a real food restaurant, not worth the price and quality
One of the mangers, I think his name is Dirk is very rude to his co-workers and the customers. I’ve been dining in a lot lately and recently seen him almost like grooming his female co-workers. Very creepy I would say. I would highly report him if anyone else sees this
Food was ok pretty average. Lobby locked says there are short staffed yet they had 5 employees working a single drive through window and 3 cooks in the kitchen . Sounds more like they are to lazy to do their job and wash a table . Very poor attitudes as a whole
Let's just say, Burger King is my new favorite fast food place.Service: 4/5
Store closed on inside because of staffing issues, drive through only open, order taker in drive-thru only takes one order at a time, then doesn't take another order until the one of the window is passed out. Sat there for at least 20 minutes only to have them forget some of my food and the food that I did get was cold and disgusting... I understand staffing issues but this is happened quite a bit lately.
