The Portland, Mi location always has good, fast service. I appreciate that they do not have the double drive through and hope they never get one, it makes us think the wait will be shorter but it's always much longer in my experience.

Used the ladies room, no hand towels, told cashier at counter...her reply was yeah we know, but we don't have time to put some in there. So much for following the Covid...wash hands, wear a mask, stay 6 ft apart.

You can count on BK to hit the spot. The Question today is....how come you can taste each condiment pickle,onion , lettuce. The "KING"....has some very Tasty Burgers and Breakfast sandwiches

When someone orders an onion ring that’s what they should get. Not half the carton filled with fries. And both cold! Smh! Good thing it’s not rocket science!

I ordered a 10 piece nugget and small fry 2 sweet and sour sauce. Hit the highway to Lansing and NO sweet and sour sauce :-

I waited 18 minutes for a #12 crispy chicken meal. Didn't realize that they took so long to cook

Truck parking but no way for truckers to eat. Wont answer phone doors are locked. Waste of time will never come back.
