We ordered candy it was out to us in less than 5 minutes. Food was fresh, piping hot and tasty. Staff was friendly and fun!
We ordered to go at the counter. We did have a special request on our sandwiches. The sandwiches were hot and prepared as requested. Our disappointment was with the fries. They seemed quite undercooked plus the top 1/2 of the container was cold and all tasted like they were old. The service was slow but we were greeted right away. It appears they had just had a drive through rush and might be a bit understaffed.
It seems that the employees in the kitchen can’t listen to simple instructions. I don’t know that I’ve ever gotten an item that was 1made the way I asked and 2 even remotely warm…
This place is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Although all are pretty bad. Cold sandwiches with coffee grounds for breakfast. But let's not forget the slow half asleep staff. if the McDonald's across the street has a long line you will still be through there before the two people in front of you at this Burger King location. They only get one Stars cuz there's no option for zero Stars
Got 2 raw burgers tonight...so....that was cool! Top it off nobody will answer the phone. Horrible place. Wouldn't feed it to my dogs.
Wife and I went here on 7/1/22. 4 vehicles in line in front of us. It took 15 minutes to get to the order speaker. Our orders were wrong at almost every level. Onion rings were soggy and cold. Her sandwich was cold and made incorrectly. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich the newer one, and I was given a Junior Chicken Sandwich. Staff was friendly. But for $20, to have cold and incorrect food on just about every level, that's unacceptable.
Listen - it’s fast food. I don’t expect much. But the Whopper is your signature sandwich. I ordered double Whopper with cheese. Wife Whopper Jr. w/Cheese. Cheese was not on either. Plus these had to be the driest Whoppers I’ve ever eaten. We both damn near choked they were so dry. You can do better Burger King.
My husband got a double whopper and got food poisoning from it. Missed a day and a half of work and was violently ill for 2 days. Next time it'll be a hard pass on BK for us! Food: 1/5
They were super nice. And food was delicious. Love flame grilled.Food: 5/5
