The nuggets were over fried. I've never gotten the nuggets and had them so bad! I buy them all the time for our dog and she prefers Arby's but after the last "2" times....I'm not sure I'll keep trying. And the sandwich I bought was thrown together so sloppy it was very disappointing!! Arby's "used" to be our favorite.Food: 1/5
Food comes before service. I will say that I loved what I ordered but it took awhile to receive the quality of the food quickly made up for my abnormally long waiting period. Nonetheless, this won't stop me from returning at all in the future. Keep the amazing food coming!Food: 5/5
Stopped at drive thru and placed my order, only 2 cars at drive thru including me . Saw 1 customer waiting at counter inside, they took my money and I waited and waited then they came to the window and told me to drive to front and they will bring it to me. Drove around and waited and waited. They finally brought out or food and we left and got back on highway. Opened the bag and there were fries only in the bag, we ordered 2 classic roast beef sandwiches and 1 large crinkle fry and 1 small curly fry and a water, never got the sandwiches. For only having 3 customers in the whole place it should not be that hard to get the whole order in a timely manner. I will never stop here or any Arby's again. The manager should be fired. And the employees need to be trained how to do there jobs...
Always good RB sandwiches, and we love their shakes. But, we were disappointed that the shakes have been downsized. We always order large and this time we were given medium at the large price! When we questioned the window person, we were told "the large is now a medium"!
Overall no major complaints. Staff weren't friendly but they weren't rude. Good was nice and hot and we didn't wait long for it.Food: 5/5
Went through the drive thru and the person was very rude and then didn't ask what size meal I wanted and then got to the window and the female was rude and got my food and over half of it was smashed. Worst experience getting fast food
I've visited this location 3 times in the past 1-2 months. My typical purchase is their turkey and swiss sandwich- in which 2 out of the 3 visits they've been out of Turkey so I had to find something different [1 No Turkey 2Turkey 3 No Turkey ] That is why I gave the food a 4 because I wasn't a big fan of my substitute choice.Food: 4/5

I must have been there about closing time and they were very busy cleaning but they served me I got the gero sandwich meal it was good but it didn't have enough meat to my liking.Food: 4/5
Order was not correct, sandwhich had very little meat, the fries were half full, wrong size drinks and no sauces were put in the bad! Very poor!!
