I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner! Thanks Burfitt Plumbing!!

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service! I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

Recently, I had a big problem with my bedroom toilet from roots. I called Burfitt Plumbing and was very fortunate how fast the technician took care of the problem. The guy ROCKED! He was very informative, explained everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions. The price was well worth it.

They're charge way more than the job was worth the technician took less than 1@ half ours including clean up and less than fifty dollars to material and charged me 587 dollars thats more than most lawyers charge per our plus they said that someone would call me back never happened so far
