I can not say enough about the wonderful service I received. Steve Buck was the journeyman plumber who came to my house. I’ve never needed a plumbing service before. I was intimidated by just the thought of the process. Steve Buck is fantastically polite and thoughtful, he is very thorough and obviously experienced, he made me feel comfortable asking questions and really turned my day around by being able to fix my plumbing issue on the spot. I will never use another plumbing service. I’m signing up to be a member of the care plan and to receive the annual service. Honestly, Steve is one of the best servicemen I’ve ever interacted with. I feel lucky and blessed to have had his help.

Our family recently used 3 Mountains Plumbing for 2 repairs, and were very satisfied with the customer service, the quality of the work, overall communication, and also felt the price was fair. We believed there was a clog in the line that runs our waste water from our washer/dishwasher/utility sink, and called 3MP out. The schedulers were incredibly polite and warm, and Anthony who came out for the service was very thorough and informative when recommending our options. After the giant clog was expelled, they used a scope to see the integrity of the 100+ yr old line, and saw it was corroded. We decided to bite the bullet and get the line dug up and replaced. It is not my favorite way to spend money, but I also don’t want to have a sinkhole to worry about. Also, they have a great 0% interest financing option if you want to spread the pain out. The employees who worked on the second repair, including Anthony, Cody, Edgar were all incredibly polite, cleaning up after themselves, always calling before heading over, and locking up when leaving. They put down plastic, wore booties, and were very professional yet warm. Good, licensed service requires training, insurance, and resources. My husband and I are pleased with the work, and know we would use 3MP again and also recommend to friends and family.

We were introduced to 3 Mountains Plumbing several years ago-they were sub-contractors on a bathroom remodel project and we were impressed by the quality, speed, and thoroughness of their work. We've used them ever since. Most recently, they did three big jobs for us at once-replacing our main water line from the street, replacing the drain pipe in our basement, and replacing about sixty feet of our main sewer line (which required a trench about nine feet deep). They got to the job right away, they were here on time and working hard every day, and they finished all of the projects in six days!!! They also gave us a great top layer of mulch over the trench, did a great job of patching the cement in the basement, and did an all around A#1 job. Thanks to Edgar, Cody, Kayne, Mike and all the people at 3 Mountains. We will continue to use their service and continue to recommend them to others. Paul C.

Update: I wrote my first review of these guys 3 years ago; I'll leave that intact below for historical purposes. But I want to add this: the Gold Membership we've had with them is probably the single most useful home-maintenance investment I've ever made. I'm taking advantage of it again this morning, because I was a big idiot and overloaded my garbage disposal (I do know better; not sure what I was thinking). Ian came out promptly, and suggested the least disruptive, least expensive (as in $0, due to the membership) solution. He, like everyone else I have ever dealt with from 3 Mountains, is unfailingly courteous. Overall, these guys save our bacon time and again. ----------------------------- I have had two excellent experiences with Brian and 3 Mountains Plumbing. They installed a new water heater for me, and unclogged my sink. Both times, they gave me perfectly reasonable prices ahead of time, and held those prices. Brian was incredibly courteous, prompt, and efficient, and cleaned up after himself thoroughly.

Mike was awesome to work with. Would definitely hire him again. I found his work professional, courteous, and of high quality. We had some surprises to contend with along the way that nobody anticipated, but in the end we have a great utility sink installed in the garage, and it's thanks to Mike's hard work and diligence. Thanks, Mike!!!
