Very good service and good quality. Nice employees and all the time smiling. Most of the time I go there after my work while they are closing but they never ask me to not enter since they are closing but the opposite : they give me a big smile and they let me go inside and they give me hand to find all my articles that I'm looking for. It's really very impressive and unbelievable

Horrible phone service. Called 3 times to wait on hold for over 22 minutes and then they hung up on me (could hear the rep answer and then hang uo)! The second time I called a different department with same result. On the third call a person answered, I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on again! Will never buy from them again.

After waiting for over 10mins and having the cashier call someone to assist me in the computer department I had to take my business elsewhere. Being ignored by employees who wouldn't even bother to acknowledge me after trying to get one of them to help me out is totally unacceptable. Just stick to buying stuff there that doesn't require an employer to assist you before you go to the cash register.
