What a horror. Went in for invitations, and this employee at the printing station came to serve me. Right up front she had an attitude within the first 10 seconds. Her name is Verenices. What an incompetent human being that is. Who goes and hire someone like that with no manners in customer service ? that was horrendous. I asked her to print me birthday invitations in which she was showing me my options of cards, with this extreme lack of empathy. I knew she was going to F-up the entire order, in which she DID. She printed me 5x7 invitations on a sheet of 8.5”x11”, without even asking me the dimensions. She went to print the entire 16 invitations without asking me a thing. I told her that’s not the measurements I want so now she had to throw all 16 invitations in the garbage, which she looked like she didn’t care that the store looses paper. She then tried to print me the correct measurements, and she kept tapping the printer, she was tapping it for a good 3 minutes until she came back saying the printer wasn’t working anymore. and to return the next day. With her disgusting attitude and then the printer not working - I could never return to that store ever again. Truly an employee from hell.

Almost as worst as your worst neighbor. I arrived as a hurry 22 min before closing to print, on my own, and 1 out of 4 copier machine's was working, then when I was able to use it the manager along the attendants, who was in a hurry to leave and wish I didn't crossed a single word before of any kind ask us to leave the store because it was 5:09. Have to leave the store have way of getting things done. Client does have preference or right. Didn't arguie. Consider my experience.

The customer service it’s very bad I went to print something. I asked someone to help me with that and the person just went and talk to his colleague and walking around talking on his phone and he was just like talking to his coworkers laughing and I’m waiting for him 20 minutes to help me with it then I have to go back to ask , another person to help me he’s like oh yes you need to go wait at specific place and I wait there. He comes and tell me after another 20 minutes or you’re not supposed to wait here you need to come and ask for help I spent one hour asking for help and no one didn’t respect any of the customers I end up getting out and printed somewhere else the worst store ever do not go there. The people who works at very rude and mean and they don’t know how to do their job. Ask for the manager, they just left without answering my questions

it is a real joke - there is no service. If you need the printing service, get yourself half day because you will wait!

I received very good service from gurkan. Very successful!
