I had a problem with a pawned item with covid and lockdown, it was complicated for me to go and I have a pretty busy schedule. It was there for a whiiile honestly, and I called to let them know I was passing by on a certain date and manager said he's put a not in my file so I would not lose my item. Note got forgotten, my item got sold. BUT, with such an amazing manager, he understoor the situation and saw that I did came on the said date and that I was not lying about the note, so he arranged something for me so I could get back an item similar to what I had with all the items that we're with it, and some extras for the inconvinience. Price was just right and I trully appreciated the service he gave me - it was both out fault but we worked it out and I am trully grateful to have my item back !! Just be nice with the staff and manager if you have a problem, and they will make sure you are happy!!
This place is full of liars. I went in to sell my Nintendo 3ds xl galaxy edition plus two games. My 3ds was in perfect condition. The guy told me everything was worth a mere $60. I checked online afterward because I knew something was amiss, it turns out I could've easily sold my 3ds and games for $180. The guy gave me the money like it was a fair deal, and he looked like he knew he was screwing me over. Be sure of what your item could sell for and beware of this place.
