Many options for vegan, gluten free baked goods and frozen savoury meals. My go to is their baby sized cinnamon bun, which is the perfect size for one person and the best vegan/gf one I’ve tried in comparison to similar bakeries in Toronto.
They have many varieties of baked gluten-free sweets. I couldn't believe that nothing was wrong with the quality compared to regular sweets. Also, their sweets look beautiful, so instagrammable. You can take it out and eat in a park near there.
Bunners has great vegan and gluten free options, but I had their soft serve and found it way too sweet. Lots of cute baked good available. Really kind staff who are happy to help. Overall good vibes.
I'm visiting Toronto from Winnipeg for a week and decided to Google the best vegan places because Winnipeg doesn't have many. This place popped up, and I'm so glad it did! I went and got a peppermint hot chocolate cupcake, a chocolate cupcake, and a jalapeno cheddar scone. Although I haven't tried the cupcakes yet, they smell fantastic. I ate the scone and it was absolutely AMAZING. Definitely will be going again before I go back home!
Junction Bakery that elevates sweets and cakes to awesome heights. Amazing Halloween items that I will not post here, go take a look. Amazing expresso and coffee as well. Many of their items are available only on specific days, which adds to the fun as you wait in line and hope they won’t run out. Creative, fun and exciting.
Yum. I had the vanilla cupcake and it was excellent. I usually find many allergy-friendly treats very sweet but this one was just right. The staff member was kind and quick in my interaction with her. So many of the items looked amazing, I can't wait to go back when I am in Toronto again.
Sadly not worth the hype for me. We drove 4 hours to pick up a cake Bourbon Pear, and some other goodies. The cake was definatley beautiful and held up well in the cooler home. Unfortunately the flavour was very bland and icing was very sweet and tasted cheap. We ended up throwing it away. I was satisfied with the cabbage rolls and stuffing. Hopefully the other cakes have more flavour.
I don’t often leave reviews online, but I had to leave one for this bake shop, because it was so mind blowingly mouth wateringly outlandishly amazing. I ordered the galaxy cake for my boyfriend’s birthday. It was hard to find a good quality gluten free vegan cake in the area, let alone a sweet looking funky galaxy cake. When I picked up the cake it was literally perfect looking. I was so happy with it. However, it tasted even better than it looked, which shouldn’t be possible, but it was. After the party, we took the rest of the cake home and ended up just eating the whole thing out of the box with forks like little cake gremlins. It was awesome. 100/10 recommend this place. Even if gluten and dairy is kinder to your tums than it is to ours, this cake was hands down better than any gluten and dairy-filled cake I’ve ever had.
Every time I get a birthday cake from Bunner's, I mean to leave a review but this time, I'm actually doing it. If 20 stars were possible... I'd give them 30. They always, always exceed expectations. There's isn't a thing on the menu I wouldn't recommend but oh my god, the cakes are next level. You honestly can't go wrong. I have coeliac disease but even the gluten-eaters in my life choose Bunner's for their birthdays. Thanks for making the best of the best!!!!!!
Best gluten-free and vegan cupcakes in the city. Second time ordering from here, and first time through Uber Eats, and everything came packaged so carefully. Their cupcakes are all so fresh, tasty and delicious. Nothing beats this place for baked goods.
