I've come here three times for oil changes and tire changes on my Lexus CT200H. The staff are flexible with appointment times and the service was quick and efficient. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Bad experience here: Rental company wanted the car back before the repair was done. Rental company charged my credit card $1500 (was refunded later) Had to pick up car and inspect car outside at night. Repair was rushed: Rear bumper paint doesn't match Missing stone guard film Broken plastic window trim (was covered by tape, and told not to remove until the next day) I did not bother going back to address the issues after picking up the car. I was that fed up. Maybe the rental company is at fault, but I was Bullock City's customer, not the rental company.

Been taking my car here for over 5 years, always provide great customer service. They have never try to get me to do anything unnecessarily, happy that I found a garage that I could trust.
