Buffalo Wild Wings

The food was excellent as was the service and the price!!! Our server Jenn was on point quick and efficient. Great girl and she represented the company perfectly great job and thank you for the awesome time!!!

We ordered 4 flavors of wings along with some potato wedges. The order took about 35 minutes on a busy Saturday night. The service wasn't amazing, but it was bearable. Every wing flavor we tried was great, so I guess that makes up for the poor service. The potato wedges we ordered were clearly frozen, and very soggy, I would not recommend them. Overall, it's a great place to come and watch the game while eating wings. Just don't order anything other than wings.

I ordered a burger and they brought out one of those TV dinners instead. There was junk on there televisions so I asked them to turn it down. Instead they took the remotes and threw them into a pile on the floor. I only wanted a satisfactory experience as did my in-laws who were in town. The worst came when they needed more drinks and our waitress ran across the mall in a frenzy screaming that she hated her job and that she couldn’t take the smell of wild wings anymore. We left shortly after. + 1 Extra star for the bar tenders who tried to handle the situation as best they could. -Doc Gumby

I am truly appalled by the service at this restaurant. I have been to various BWW across the states and have never seen anything so atrocious. I waited for over 1.5 hours for a simple order of chicken wings. When the manager came to speak with me he claimed he felt sick and would normally handle things differently. He promised me a beer which I waited an additional 25 minutes for. I have never seen anything like this in the food service industry. I suggest you take your friends to Applebee’s instead. BRUTAL
