There were a few ingredients missing from the salad. When we brought it up to our waitress, she told us they were "out" of those things. Didn't lower the price even though it made the salad basically a bunch of lettuce. The celery came out super mushy and rotten tasting. Also brought this up to the waitress and she told us they keep it fresh by having it sit in water in the refrigerator. It wasn't fresh. Rotten food should never get passed the kitchen and certainly shouldn't make it to the customer. Very disappointed. The wings were good, though, and they did a good job keeping our beverages filled.
3/4 order was missing. They blamed the doordssher...however, the bag was sealed and receipt checked by THE MANAGER. No apologies. "Nothing they can do." Tell doordash to refund u. What a racket. So they get 100% ur money, but give u 25% of the food. Then ask u to order it AGAIN, so they get ANOTHER order on top of their mistake...& the customer is inconvenienced & made pay for two tips & forces the drivers to drive TWICE in a snowstorm. This happens TOO often to be a coincidence or mistake. It's a total racket. Never again Then, we open it and this is a chicken wing. My God. Idk what it is, but its 1 of our 10 wings. Whatever it is, it shouldn't be in my order
Service was good, food was good. March Madness is full on and the TVs have one game on of the 2 going and old NFL games and trivia on all other TVs. Isn’t this a sports bar?? Halftime and multiple requests before other game was put on. This manager should be gone!
Dead for a weeknight so service was quick. Queso dip was great and comes with plenty of chips, no shortage! The blazin' sauce is getting weaker though, nowhere as hot as before? Beer was cold and generally pleased overall.Food: 4/5
Ordered online from the website for delivery. Charged my card, never got confirmation email. Called in to see and they never received it. They said place order again and they’d refund me. I did. 90 min later I called to ask what was up with it. They said it got cancelled. I never got any notification of this. 10/10 annoyed.
Just open up the dining area finally. You can’t seat your costumers because your dining area is constantly closed. Close the tiny bar area but have the bigger dining area open. I don’t mind waiting for food if you are understaffed as long as I can sit at a booth but I don’t like waiting in a cramped hallway because you’re not opening your dining area…..
If you like you food cold and waiting for the rest of your party food to come at all different times. This would be the place for you. Have your husband go into the bathroom with stuff all over the floor. Hand towel machine open and or broken. Wrong food brought to you and not even his complete order. The WORST part the place wasn't even busy!!
Went in for dinner tonight around 5PM. We now live in Oslo and are back in the US and were excited to get wings. Sat down in the bar area. There was a table of 4 teenagers and a single man at the bar. There was nobody we could see in the restaurant area. We sat there for 15 minutes before leaving and no server came over to even talk to us. The bartender asked at the 10 minute mark if anyone had spoken with us, we said no, and she said "sorry," got her purse, and left the restaurant. There were three servers hanging out near the kitchen the whole time within our sight and another server from the restaurant area who would come over and talk to his friends at the table of teenagers. At the 15 minute mark we got up and left to go eat at a restaurant that cares. Absolutely pathetic.
I went on a Wednesday night, it Wasn’t busy at all and was able to find a seat in the bar area, when I tell you this was the most rude and inconsiderate encounter I have ever experience!!! I pacifically ask for my appetizer to come out first and to allow time for my food to come out they did the complete opposite and on top of that brought my fiancé’s food out and I had to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes for my food. For us to dine in they kept telling us they were short staffed and to please be patient but at the same time rush the food out to the table asap!! out of nowhere it went from one person working to three back to one a bunch of teenage kids playing,I asked for boxes to clear the table and she closed out the bill she never asked if we wanted Desserts or drinks she immediately assumed we were leaving when all we were trying to do is clear the table I would not recommend one out of 10
