Usually never come to Applebee's, but we were in the area and we stopped by. We came for the all you can eat boneless wings, but I guess this location didn't have it. It was ok, we were not disappointed at all. I had the Whiskey bourbon burger and fries, which was amazing. And my wife has the chicken pasta which she also said was amazing. The place was ean and the waitress was very nice and helpful. All together it was a great experience and if we are in the area, we will definitely come back.
Applebee’s has a great fun atmosphere. I enjoyed the service and the featured steak promotion. There was a nice mix of couples and families that added to the evening experience. This evening I visited the Fremont location and the quality was up to Applebee’s high standards and excellent value.
Food was cold. Server could not get the order right. Manager was nice.Food: 1/5
Wednesday Jan. 25th on a non busy day at 3:30pm 3 servers talking at the bar 7 tables with customers...we waited 15min to be seated no one helped us. We walked towards a table and the rude bartender told us if we give them a minute they'd seat us. We left irritated walked across the parking lot to Olive Garden where sadly we received immediate service
Great chicken and shrimp & ribs. Service was outstanding. Do miss the the $1 drinks and here is my previous review. Great specials, I love the shrimp, riblets, and chicken strips for $14.99, all you can eat!!!! The $1 Bahama Mamas were very good, the $3 mug margarita was very good. I seldom leave a restraunt full, not having over eaten and enjoyed my meal. Service was excellent and management was excellent!! Can hardly wait for the $1 Mai Tai drinks next month!!!!!
Loved the food at that this location and our waitress Cece was polite, very quick and attentive. I tried the New chicken queso fajita dish, it was very delicious. Along with our meal we ordered the perfect patron margaritas which were also well mad. We will definitely make return visit very soon.
My wife and I came in around 7:45 pm and were seated promptly by a nice enough person, shortly after a young man came to our table with a young woman he appeared to be training as a server. After he asked what we wanted for our order and my wife ordered, he stated that they where out of one of the components of that particular meal. My wife requested a another moment to choose another meal, he seemed a little agitated turned and said he'll be back in a couple of minutes. He then passed our table every couple of minutes over 11 times with his trainee in tow refusing to make eye contact........just being juvenile. We decided to leave at this point, as we stood up the trainee actually smiled and said have a good day....unfriggin believable! How does this kind of blatant disrespect go on our in the open with our a manager noticing , the other customers did, they commented to us as we left. We went across the parking lot to Sakoom restaurant, service was great and the food was excellent, I recommend you eat here or on of the smaller restaurant's in the area. I'm personally done with all these mediocre chain " bar and grill" type restaurants, I'm not paying inflated prices to be treated rudely. FYI rude servers, I always tip over 20percent.
Food is just ok. Drinks are cold and tasty. Service is just ok. The place was slow and we still had to flag down our waiter.Food: 2/5
+* Customer Service is Wonderful !!!! The Hostess was Very Nice friendly seated everyone promptly and with a smile , I didn't catch our waitress name but she was Very Nice but unfortunately she was so busy with a Large Table group . That my empty water was sitting on the edge threw the entire visit , but it's okay customer service wins in my book. +** my wife and I never been to applebees we had seen on tv unlimated Ribs , Buffalo bites , Crispy shrimp and Bottomless fries Everything was delicious surprisingly 1st plate is usually the largest so we started of with the Ribbs They were Fall off the bone ribbs , Meaty , Succulent sauce . The 1st time coleslaw was Yummy but tasted a Hint of apple and cilantro it was very Good . FRIES !!!!! they load u every round with fries I told my waitress No more fries lol but they came with again LOL THE FRIES to me where crazy addicting I think they put a Garlic , pepper salt season on the fries Supper addicting lol Any way 2nd plate I tried Shrimp which was DELICIOUS !!!! NOT OVER WHELMING crust it was NICE and CRISPY and the shrimp was CLEANED OUT GOOOOD! NO TAILS AND No poop !!!! +* gained extra star for that ! The chicken buffalo I hate getting places because the chicken is usually a discusting chewy chicken LOW QUALITY . But I was blown away the buffalo bites where MEATY , Crispy delicious outside , But very Tasty ! For $12.99 this plate was outstanding!!!!!!!! +* store was VERY CLEAN !!! & Restroom was CLEAN did NOT REACK of urine. Over all 1-10 i would Give them 10 THATS FOR SURE. They have happy HOUR ! EVERY DAY 3PM-6PM & 9pm-Close I have also included pictures of FULL MENU
Great service. Bad food. We’ve been thinking about going to applebees for some time. We’ve looked at their menu and it looks really good and the descriptives sounded really promising, but once we got the food- I had the “4 cheese” mac n cheese with honey something chicken tenders. It did not look like any slightest from the photo on their menu. The sauce seemed to be like an alfredo sauce straight out of a can- bland and underwhelming. I did not taste any of the “4 cheese” like how they described it. I was even left confused when I tried the sauced chicken tenders. It just straight up tasted like tiny bit of soy sauce and sugar concoction glazed onto what seemed like frozen chicken tenders. To make it worse, the tender’s sauce mixed with the “mac n cheese” tasted weird and left me even more confused. I don’t know why they thought mixing both flavors into one dish is gonna be acceptable. I wonder if they even taste their food for them to be serving it to people like that. Other than that, we think the sangria and tipsy leprechaun cocktails were good as well as their appetizers and our waitress was really friendly and accommodating.
