Buffalo Wild Wings

So last night I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and parked in the parking lot. There were vehicles on both sides of me and the only way to exit the parking lot was to back out over this 4 inch plus deep pot hole. I tried backing out slowly but of course, it gave me a flat tire. I had to change my tire in the parking lot and I went inside to ask for the manager, who wasn’t available. This morning I spoke to her and have never been so humiliated and degraded in my life. Jill Brinkman, the manager, laughed at me and told me it was my fault and said that if it were up to her, she would NEVER reimburse me for MY careless mistake. What if I was an old woman who fell down in the pothole and broke my hip? Then would she? Either way, whatever happened to customer service?!? Such a disrespectful woman and I’m appalled at this entire situation. I’ll never be eating here again! The food and service is always great too. It’s sad that their parking lot and Jill, their general manager, would ruin it for me!

Asked for no tomato lettuce or mayo on my burger came with everything and recipes clearly states modifications. Second ordered 1 mild traditional wing and 1 sauce sauce which it states on the receipt but received 2 milds and the sauce was on the side which also was not asked for. Terrible!!!! Check your food before you leave!!!!!!

Super annoyed I called to place my to go order, I had a free wing reward. I was told I could use this reward with the B1G1 special. Then I got there an they told me I couldn’t use it.also didn’t get any of my sauces or celery and carrots

Front counter employees aren’t helpful or very interactive, the takeout food they no longer give you any sauce on the wings so might as well buy your own sauce. The place always seems to be in a chaotic mess and orders always get messed up. Edit: gave them a second try and a worker behind the counter was using bare hands to handle raw food. Very unsanitary.

Let’s be honest, Bdubs is the best! A great place to catch a game/games as they have a ton of TVs and a ton of Beer options, great Cocktail menu, and of course THE WINGS! They have stepped their game up with other non wing options. Burgers, Bird Dogs.

We waited 35 minutes to be seated. Then waited 20 minutes for a server. I’m a pretty patient person but there was only 5 other tables with people. Husband had to go up to the bar for drinks, napkins, silverware. My daughters food came out, literally 8 minutes later my husband got his food. 10 minutes after I finally got my cold wings. Real fun eating when everyone is already done. Maybe the waitress should have gotten off her phone and did her job

We had a to go order and he was just boxing it when I got there. when we got home it was room temperature at best. It still tasted good but it would have been a lot better if it was hot. We live like 6 minutes away so I wouldn't think the food would lose that much heat being in boxes and a bag.Food: 3/5

If you’re looking to kill an hour or two waiting for your pick up order, this is the place for you! They even give it to you cold, so it’s all set for tomorrow’s leftovers! I also truly appreciate the lack of sauce of they put on the wings & how every, single time they forget at minimum 2 items ordered - it saves on calorie intake!

I have given this specific place many a chance over the years… but I’m sorry to say, after trying again tonight, it was quite disappointing. Their wings are just utterly mediocre and upon ordering 10 traditional wings which are more expensive than boneless by almost 6 bucks I sadly only received 7 wings. There are much better local places in Appleton to get wings. I recommend The Bar on the Avenue! B Dubs is close and convenient to me, but unfortunately it will be at least another few years before I give it another try :

We have always loved getting wings from BWW. However, when you order out, they often skim the sauce. There were times where it looked like there was hardly anything on the wings. From that experience, we have always ordered extra crispy and wet. However, when ordering online, there is no option to do this. So we have to call in and follow up request this. Last night for the Packer game, no one would pick up the phone to do this. If it continues this way, we will just make our own wings. Please add options or comment capabilities to ordering online. Thank you.
