We really enjoyed eating at this Red Robin. We were traveling through this area and my wife saw there was a Red Robin near by so we stopped. We haven’t eaten at a RR in quite some time about four years. Everyone was very nice and polite. Everything was clean including the bathroom. We ordered our food and we were eating in about five minutes. It was extremely fast service. We all tried different burger plates. They were great. We would stop here again.
Staff was friendly, food tasted good, however the layout of the entree on the plate looks a little dysfunctional. I suppose anybody can have a bad day but having the egg in the middle of the burger and enough fries to surround the burger would have made the entree more visibly appealing. Overall I will continue to go there I've been there several times and never really disappointed. If you're looking for a sweet treat their desserts are something to be checked out!
I gave Red Robin 5 stars. Although had there been an option for 10 stars for my visit on Feb. 28, 2023, that is what I would have chosen. Starting with the service. It was over-the-board fantastic. My mushroom & Swiss burger was to die for. There were no leftovers for this lady to bring home. If you like sweet potato fries you will love Red Robins. So good, you'll make room for their FREE extras. Atmosphere was superb.
Whoever does the order ahead to-go, and delivery orders needs to look at the orders better. This is the 2nd time I've ordered the BBQ wrap WITH crispy chicken and they gave me grilled chicken. Also don't even try ordering a side of sauce. They never provide. Food is still good though. Atmosphere is nice.Food: 4/5
They just got a new GM. I'll give them another chance in a few weeks after he begins to turn it around. The server was incompetent, slow, with zero customer service skills. The entire staff was lackluster and slow. She wouldn't honor an ongoing national promotion, even after telling her it was the first thing listed on their own local restaurant website. She stated that they hadn't honored that promotion for over a month. Then she still screwed up our order. The GM the next day confirmed the promotion was available and Red Robin has no plans to end it. He gave me a refund, after applying the promotional price. The food however, was excellent.
They were very busy for a Wednesday evening. We waited almost an hour for a table. When we got to the table, we had to ask for kid menus. When we got our appetizers, we had to ask for forks and napkins. When we got our meals, all the sides were cold. The table next to us was yelling and swearing at the manager, and our kids had to listen to it. Over all we probably won't bring our family here again. However, they were extremely busy, the staff was trying their hardest and working as a team to help out their coworkers. They communicated well with each other. Not a meal I would pay $140 for our family of 6 for again. But we did get our food eventually and the staff was trying.
The wait for my food was reasonable but after that, I received vey little service. I visited them on a Friday night early in the evening and waited about 10 minutes to be seated alone. The server took my order in about 5 minutes giving me my soda right away. It took another 6 or 7 minutes to get my food and I never saw my server until I was finished with my hamburger plate. The "endless" or "bottomless" French Fries are a lie. At no time did my server ask me if I wanted more when seeing that I had ran out. But then again she was not really looking. And at the end and after I had eaten everything, she asked me if I wanted a soda refill. Maybe I should have tripped that person when they ran past me, trying to avoid my table. At least then I could have asked for more fries. And this place wants a 15 or 20 percent tip? Against my better judgement, I did tip but I should give you readers another tip. Make it a point to ask for the "endless fries" and soda refills, even if you have to flag down your server. I will probably get a form letter type response from the manager for this review. Yeah... a real personal, caring touch.
Great meals. Was busy but was worth the half hour wait . Took our son here for his birthday. Can't remember who our waitress was but she was terrific, helpful and accommodating. Very nice.Food: 5/5
BUGS FOUND IN FOOD. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had from Red Robin. My office ordered takeout from this restraint location and what was presented was awful. I ordered the pub Mac and cheese and a side salad. First off, the mac and cheese was cold and tasteless. Second, the box it came in looked as if it were thrown around, all of the salads toppings were in my Mac and cheese which made the salad warm and the Mac and cheese cold. And lastly, I FOUND A BUG IN MY SALAD. I’m quite livid, but it was a red bug with long black wings on the bottom of my salad. I thought it was moving, so my guess is that when I put the dressing on, it drowned the bug. I am completely disgusted! I will never be returning here….
Great food but slow service. They have been super short staffed the last 1-2 years at all the locations I’ve eaten. Doesn’t seem to be just one restaurant, but rather the company as a whole. I understand COVID has impacted the service industry, but they really need to do something.Recommended dishes
