The called about a dozen white roses and the lady hung up on me. I called back and she said they only had 4 white roses. I asked about some other colors and prices and the lady seemed irritated and was not polite at all, borderline rude. I felt like I did something wrong the way she was talking to me. I feel like an idiot after talking to her. If your a regular guy who just wants to buy your significant other some flowers but ur a little unsure or have any questions, do not go here. I'm going outta my way to Monticello where the service is polite.

would not recommend. I called them a day before I needed a wrist corsage. I knew it would be pushing it close, but I decided to try it anyway. The person I talked to sounded mad and very grumpy. When I asked her if it could be done she said they could make the wrist corsage for the next day and filled out a order form asking for my number and that info. I spelled her my name and everything so there should have been no mix up on what my name was or how to spell it. 

I came into the shop the next day and the lady that I talked to sounded grumpy again and seemed impatient. They did not have a wrist corsage for me nor could they find an order form or anything like that. Luckily for me they messed up on a different order (I know this because the lady who I talked to said that) and I was able to take the corsage that they messed up on with me that luckily had the right color scheme. if they hadn't messed up on the one order I would have been without a wrist corsage.

 I know when I made my order they only had 24 hours to make the corsage, but if they needed more of a notice then 24 hours they should have said "no we cannot make a corsage last minute sorry" I would have understood and been fine., but instead they said they could and ended up not making a corsage for me

These people are great! Nicest folks you'll ever meet.  Gotten flowers, rented tuxedos, have had landscape work done by them.  Couldn't be happier.  Thanks Guys!!
