Pretty efficient, some glitch when we got to the counter that took a few extra minutes, but the fellow was really pleasant and was quite apologetic. We picked the surprise car and it was a corolla and it was quite nice.nI would recommend.

Have rented from most companies at the Victoria airport in the past but now only choose Budget, service was great and had the best deal on the vehicle of my choice when booking on line.Thank you Budget!

Excellent service! Staff was friendly and helpful. Car pick up and drop off was easy and fast. Booked Corolla or similar but got Camry Hybrid and saved on gas. Could not ask for more. Strongly recommend Budget @ Airport of Victoria.

Fair play to the staff at this location. They did call and advise I might not get the luxury class I booked. I said that's fine as long as they discount my rental. They put in a request to get one for me. They actually delivered on this request hence my positive review. They did actually did have the luxury class vehicle in the end. This was great and it was a new Cadillac CT5. The car was great for touring the island as we didn't want an SUV. Check in was really quick. Car was clean.
