Bruce Honda Yarmouth

Experience was fine at first other then me having to drive all the way down from Nictaux to find out they didn’t have the part in stock, then cancel 2 appts. Finally have an appointment all warrently part was wrong had to wait was given loaner, then was charge for gas for my vehicle from the driver, I have worked for the auto group before and this is not how things are done. Not impressed at all and will go to kings county for everything warrenrly and also you guys lost out on a sale of a new vehicle! Great job Bruce’s your name just gets more and more tarnished every time. Have a great day. Sincerely a very unhappy customer, and will make sure it is known

We had an emergency repair that needed to be fixed right away. The service team at Bruce Honda was able to fit us in and get us on our way. It was a challenging diagnosis and the service team worked with us, listening to our concerns and fixing the problem. Thanks to the excellent help our Pilot was fixed and we drove it trouble free all the way back to Alberta.

Bruce Honda has been servicing my Acura since day 1 and unfortunately they don't have the correct computer to read the service intervals according to Honda Canada. I wish someone at the dealership mentioned this when they reset my maintenance computer, making me miss the B1 service notification by about 20,000km (and any other service notifications). The service experience has been average. They frequently make information mistakes like writing down my brakes are worn down on the inspection checklist, but it was actually my tires. Informing me that they can do some Acura things under warranty (Acura Canada says no) or that it's not normal for Honda brake pads to be worn at 48,000km and that Honda/Acura warranty should cover it (Acura/Honda said no, it's a wear and tear item).

Would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Terrible service.
