I contacted Bruce Honda through Jill in Finance and she was absolutely great, easy to chat with. She connected me with Alex on the sales team who helped me purchase my Honda CRV. He was great to talk with and my husband really enjoyed talking about fishing with him as he is a fellow fisherman. Great service overall.

My Husband and I applied online at Bruce Honda for a 2019 GMC Canyon, Thur. Jan 15, all info was taken by phone and approved by Friday. Thank you Marilyn and Natalie for your consisted work towards our approval.nWe did not travel to Yarmouth to try the truck out as we were without a vehicle.nWed Jan 21 Dylan contacted us with details when the truck would be delivered to us a time was set for that day and we received the Truck.nWe asked the driver how the truck handled but did not get an honest response unfortunately.nNoticed right away the MVI was not completed and contacted Dylan. Then later while driving into town there was something wrong with the transmission, right away I again I contacted Dylanawesome salesperson and he diligently took care of the situation. We were told by him that Rick the manager will be bringing us a new vehicle that evening and taking the Truck.nWe met and learned that Rick is a very honorable and honest person to deal with.nSarah very kind and personable was then in contact with me several times and was taking care of the licensing and more.nTwo weeks later we had the truck back in our possession fixed and with a warranty but No MVI again.nWe found that Nathan head of the garage isn't as organized or personable as the rest of the team.nWe ended up going into the sister company GM Digby to get the MVI checked then something needed fixed and Feb 18 all was honored and completed.nWe are pleased with the overall purchase of this vehicle and would recommend purchasing from this Location.nMy advise, do your research when your purchasing from here or anywhere.nThank you all that were involved and we hope you are greatly blessed!

As we walked into this dealership we were greeted by several employees asking how they could help us , we were then directed to Nathan Nickerson one of the product ambassadors. He was very helpful, polite and professional. We were able to pick out the vehicle we wanted quite quickly and Jill Daldon, their financial advisor was able to workout all the fine print and get us on our way.
