We were 1/2 way through an 8 hour road trip with out 15mo old son when we decided to stop at Grippen Park just before he had a major melt down. It was easy to get to from I86W (17W). The park was clean, well kept and beautiful. Swings would have been a nice addition but overall it was a great stop and we have added it to our maps.We even got to see the local fire trucks while they were training. This was deffinately a plus for our little boy. Next time we will bring food for the ducks!
