Brookdale Plaza Pharmacy Ltd

Unlike previous Pharmacy's I've been to, this has the best customer service. I've never had a problem with my prescriptions and a very friendly staff.

My family and I cannot praise or thank Evan, Ryan and their staff enough for such excellent service, that is above and beyond compare. The best pharmacy that I have dealt with, very attentive to your needs, with discussion of how to use your meds.Always available to answer questions and provide information. These past few days we have been recipients of Evan's outstanding care and concern. Evan, Ryan and staff: Thank you for being the most awesome and patient people that you are!!

Fantastic group. I normally get delivery but the elevator was broken I live on the top floor Delivery guys would not bring them up so Evan stepped up and said he would bring it and walk the stairs for 5 weeks when it was broken fantastic and very much appreciated Good job keep up the caring T THANK YOU Evan &the IDA group

I’ve been going to IDA at the Brooke dale plaza for Past 3 years and I would not change now!! The staff in there are the nicest, understanding, helpful people!! I’ve never felt rushed always been given all the time I’ve needed all questions asked! Even on the phone I’ve had 10min conversation and never felt rushed to get off the phone. Amazing customer service! I switched from Rexall to Brookdale IDA and wish I made this decision much earlier. Evan has always gone above and beyond to help me, with questions and concerns about medication as well as always showing an interest in my life and mental well being. At Rexall I felt like a number, at IDA I feel like a friend. Highly recommend you go in and talk to one of the friendly staff at Brookdale IDA, when it comes to health you want people that care.
