Bristol Toyota

Had a great experience this afternoon at Bristol Toyota. We had two sales associate one was Sharon and the other was Alex both great people and got me exactly what I asked for!! When going into finance we had a Portuguese comedian named Paula that kept the whole process fun and upbeat.

Bought a used Jeep and got the Toyota extended warranty. So far I've been back three times for service. First time, heat shield over the muffler came loose. Service removed it and was going to send me on my way. When I ask they're going to replace it they said they normally don't even on Toyota's they just remove it. When I reminded them that this was a safety feature installed by the manufacturer and that my gas tank sat inches above my muffler they relented and replaced it. 1 star. Second visit, scrambled Electronics on the dashboard. Lights flashing on and off. Turned out to be a dead battery. They went out to a local parts store and bought a battery then jacked the price up $50 and resold it to me, and on top of that charged me $50 for installation. 1 star. Third visit, the transmission oil pan at the bottom of my transmission had rusted through and oil had started to seep out and drip. They replaced the pan and the oil and gave me a loaner car for the day for no charge. 5 star. Average review 2 Star.

A decent dealership. New and clean. Small and independent. Sometimes a little to small. No collision center and couldn't recommend one.

It was a pleasure working with Sharon, friendly, funny, upfront there was no jerking us around as at other dealers! Great experience would highly recommend to go there over other dealerships
