Scott was on time, efficient, and meticulous in both the installation and clean up. He took the time show me how to program the electronic key pad and confirmed both locks were working properly. I was thoroughly impressed. 
I highly recommend this company for any locksmith work that needs to be done.

Incredibly professional, amazing prices! Very quick someone stole our keys out of our door night before locks we're re-keyed by 9 am next day!

I came in to get a key cut and right from the start the older gentleman was very rude. I am not sure why but it ended with him telling me to have a "nice day" in the most sarcastic tone he could muster. I must have caught him on a bad day but I will never go back... and I got home and the key did not work.

We have used Brightman and Son Locksmiths on a few of our entrances over the past year. We will continue to call them from now on. They are professional and fast. They not only know their stuff they take the time to explain all work done and the prices are very reasonable. Dealing with them on the phone and with their techs in person has been a pleasure.
