Absolutely amazing location, atmosphere and service. Staff is very helpful, accommodating and friendly. My cappuccino was scrumptious and so pretty. That heart in my foam was exactly what I needed this morning to bring a smile to my face. Thank you!! Great spot to meet up with my workout crew for sure. Will definitely be back again. The new blueberry overnight oats were amazing.

Absolutely love this location. The factory space is original, with lofty high ceilings. The barista hot drinks are delicious. The bakery has fresh flaky croissants, moist chocolate cake and soft chocolate chip & peanut butter cookies. Recommendation to heat up the Egg & cheese roll sandwiches in an oven.

It’s a great place. Lots of seating, including good child seats. You can see the bagging and roasting. But if the roaster is roasting and bagging it can be VERY LOUD so be aware if you want to have a quiet conversation it may not be the ideal spot.Food: 4/5

I absolutely love it here. I come here every Tuesday and Thursday before my CrossFit class around 4 30ish and it is exceptional. The 2 cashiers who work there are welcoming and I'm never waiting for more than 5 minutes. The hot chocolate is delicious and I love the cookies. Friendly staff. Probably the best freshly roasted coffee beans in the city. For some reason they have absolutely the WORST to go cups I've ever used. Given 15 min the cup starts to decompose in your hand resulting in coffee or tea slowly spilling all over the place. So get your beans to go. Not your drink.

I love going to bridgehead coffee for a pick-me-up. The atmosphere is so inviting and the staff is always friendly. The coffee is always delicious and I can't wait to go back again.

Main Bridgehead location has a unique industrial factory/bakery feel to it. Large coffee bean roasters and pastry ovens dominate the space. High ceilings and open space give it a very airy and spacious feel even though there is not more seating than in an average coffee shop. Great coffee, pastries and friendly staff. Hopefully this place will keep it's unique ambience now that it has been purchased by a larger corporation. Recommended!

We ordered double espresso, late, and chocolate croissant. It was amazing. About the atmosphere, I'd rather a warmer vibe. It didn't give me the feeling like a cozy-friendly cafe.Food: 5/5

This location doesn't allow registered and trained service dogs if you're a visible minority. Crystal has repeatedly confronted me, told me I was not welcome, told me to leave.. even after disclosing and showing proof that my dog was a registered service animal and I wasn't faking my disability. When it's Caucasian people with a service dog, Crystal doesn't seem to have any issue. I'm huge on supporting local and diversity, anti discrimination... Been a daily client for as long as bridgehead has been around. The racism isn't isolated to this location, Westboro is just as bad. Have nothing but amazing things to say about the two hintonburg locations

Great place for coffee lovers. Enjoy watching the process of roasting coffee while having a cup at your hand. It makes it unique and special.
