They have better coffee than other coffee places. The decor of the place is great and it's conveniently beside the bus stop.

Friendly baristas and quick service. I'm a fan of the mocha ice storm and blood orange spritzer. Would choose the latter when I'm looking for something refreshing.

Customer service was pretty decent. Staff was friendly and helpful to explain the different between coffee roasts even though I ended up getting a full-bodied americano. The mouth feel was exquisite and the crema was perfectly formed. They clearly know what they're doing. Bravo!

Really friendly service and quite speedy as well. Honey almond latte is not great, but that could be a personal preference. Good overall!

The CASHIER there was unbelievably SLOW! I waited 5 minutes for them to serve the only ONE customer ahead of me, and they couldn’t even complete that ONE transaction! I had to leave in the end because I was running out of time! DON’T WASTE YOUR LIFE in that store, we deserve better service!

Served by Todd, thanks to him I had the best experience at the e bar and have a reason to go back. He is easily likeable, and takes the time to give detailed, helpful answers I ask a lot of questions. He’s not scared to share his opinion and that is something I appreciate so much in a worker!

It's Nordstrom's in-store cafeteria, trying to present itself as up-market. The coffee and food is good, but not great.
