Bridge Street Pizza & More

Really good pizza, one of the best in Oswego, add in a decent wing selection with good side options and this became the goto place for pizza and wings. Prices are typical though their combos come out cheap if you have to feed a crowd so no sticker shock. If you use their bonus card you get a free pizza after 10 purchases.

They have messed up my order multiple times but I gave many chances for redemption. Today was the last time I will ever order from this "business". The pizza had absolutely no flavor my roommate literally compared it to cardboard. I also ordered garlic parmesan wings with extra parmesan and I got garlic wings with NO parmesan and no side of blue cheese. When I called to make them aware and request a refund for the wings the man on the phone was extremely rude and requested that I drive back into town from volney to get a refund on my debit card. I get there and he gave me cash anyway and gave me a rude look because one of the kids ate 1 wing before I realized they were not made correctly. Rude, unprofessional and inexperienced!

So went to Bridge Street Pizza and ordered Fried mushrooms, fried pickles, and 20 hot wings extra crispy. My wife ordered Fried mushrooms first because that's what she really wanting the most. She even asked how many you get for that order. Fried mushrooms was the first thing written on the ticket. Not only did I get charged but when I get home I have no fried mushrooms. When I called back, I expected a place of buisness to be professional and at least make it right. But no the guy had to stumbled with his words and then act as if he didn't give a damn, treated me like I was a lier and claims I never got charged for them and that it wasn't written on my ticket, yet it's the first thing he wrote down. He even asked another guy about the ticket when only one person was working in their when I ordered. At the end of the conversation he hung up so quick as if I were wrong for even questioning it. Needless to say they lost a customer cause I will not be going back. Dont go to brige street pizza cause they will screw you out of your money and not even give a damn. Tried to charge me twice by wanting me to go back and buy them again. Nope that's ok, I know places with better pizza and places that have respect for their customers. I recorded a video of the conversation and it's going viral. Find me on Facebook, got no problems sharing. Only reason they got one star from me is because I needed it to write the review.

Great prices! Great atmosphere! This is by far better then any other pizza I've had in upstate New York.

Everytime I've ordered it's so good, I love their wings! My favorite thing from them is the three cheese garlic pizza. I've also had subs and the appetizer sampler from them everything has been amazing. I always order pick up and it's 20 min and it's done when I get there.
