Brewed Awakenings Café offers:

authors.
***OPEN-MIC on Monday nights from 6:30pm-8:30pm– come to listen or
watch the many talented young people from our area!!

What a cute and amazing cafe!! I absolutely adore this local cafe! So many choices for drinks, pastries and light bites, plus support for other local artisans. I especially love the fresh flowers and cute painted rocks. Be sure to stop in and enjoy this local treasure!

This is by far the best breakfast spots around. The staff is always wonderful, and food is always fresh and delicious. The muffins are so good. My kids love going here, very kid friendly. What a gem to have in our town.

Update: Been going to this place almost every day for over 3 months buying $6.73 mochas. For the most part the baristas are friendly and drinks most times are decent. A couple of times they were bad. The owners seem a little bit snooty! I’ve been there almost everyday spending money $6.73 x 90 days $605 and many times I’ve seen both of them in there, yet.. not once did they ever approach me and ask how my drink was or even just say “Hello thanks for your business”. That is not good customer service at all! Especially when I’m spending money in there every single day. Second if it wasn’t bad enough they closed at 6, now they changed their hours to close at 4. There are allot of people like me who can’t go before 4pm. I had recently moved to Saline from downriver, where every coffee place down there stays open till atleast 9pm..

Really great experience. We stopped here for a cup of coffee on a weekend. It’s a really spacious place with lots of different options for more businesslike conversations or relaxed reading or just catching up with your friends. The staff here are really great, attentive and friendly they made ordering really easy. The coffee is excellent with lots of selections to choose from. That’s probably the most important thing since it’s so hard to get a good cup of java anywhere these days that isn’t a big chain establishment. They’ve even got a little shelf of books to purchase from local authors and lots of information on local activities. It’s really affirming to see the pictures and thank you messages from so many years of local kids sports leagues that they have supported. A really great community establishment worthy of your patronage.

I regularly have meet-ups at Brewed, always introducing new people to this experience. Excellent service, clean place, and great food. I enjoyed a chai tea and scone on this last visit, but at lunch, my favorite is the vegetariano.
