Very poor service,false promises, worse real estate agency to deal with, very bad experience, will not recommend to anyone on the planet, even if he's the last realtor.

Worst real estate ever dealt with, I have bought few properties in Surrey, but only 1 through this agency, first of all I requested vacant possession of the property, they never advised me that a tenant was still living there and the seller left lots of garbage behind. The realtor advised me to take care of the garbage and tenant removal and said I'll be reimbursed for the expenses even if they have to pay from their commission, I ended up spending close to $3000 plus lost 2 months of rent, after that neither the Realtor I was dealing with nor Brent Roberts ever returned my phone call after numerous attempts, worst experience ever, I'll not recommend him to anyone and I'll try to complain it to Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. And one of the reviews is posted by the realtor who works for this agency and gave him 5 *s .

Great Realtor, overall great service. Not sure why rated low, these other reviews are people trying to buy places he has listed. If you place a low offer, no wonder you do not get responded to.Recommend.

I recently bought a home that Brent Roberts was selling. When we made an offer on the home, he didn't event contact the sellers to let them know about the offer until after the time had passed that they were supposed to give us a decision by. He also didn't even know the list price of the home he was selling. Every time our realtor tried to contact him he was MIA so that everything took longer than it needed to. We added an addendum to the contract after our offer was accepted that the sellers did not adhere to. Brent Roberts' office should have taken responsibility for this legal contract by ensuring their clients kept their word or by compensating us for the cost we incurred because of this, but they would not.
