Story

Real Estate has been my Career since 1990.

In 1994 I became an Associate Broker and in 2009 I completed my Urban Land Economics Diploma at the University of British Columbia specializing in Land Development.

Over my 23 years as a Realtor I have enjoyed helping people realize their dream of Home Ownership.

My daughter Dani joined me as my Licensed Assistant in 2006 and is now a valuable Team Member and asset to my Business.

I luv vibe at Sutton Premier!  There very often hosting functions bringing like minded people together for the benefit of the greater community.  It's not just business.  It's people making a difference in the everyday lives around them.  The ripple affect carries out into the community whether it's the Food Bank or the Christmas Bureau the folks at Sutton Premier are always cooking up something!  #ohya!

"Prior to working at Sutton Premier Realty, I had the opportunity to interview and gather information about other brokerage offices to work for.  However, Sutton Premier Realty felt more like it was the office for me.  I conduct my day to day business in a 2 storey office building fully provided with the most supportive colleagues, receptionist, managing broker and owner, who care so deeply about their business practices and the success of others.  Their training is phenomenal, the career packages are extremely reasonable, and we have a fantastic marketing and event planning team.  Not only that, we have a beautiful, spacious lounge area and plenty of office spaces to do business.  Although, I find the best part is having the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board adjacent to the office.  Sutton Premier is one of the best locations & the best office to choose from!"

When looking for a brokerage to join, my main focus was to find a supportive and encouraging environment that would offer opportunities for growth and development.  After meeting with Larry & Kelvin and having a warm conversation I felt right at home at Sutton Premier.

I feel very lucky to have found such an inspiring group of people managed by Kelvin who has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the real estate industry.  I am looking forward to many successful years with Sutton Premier!

Sutton Premier is a great brokerage to work at. Not only is the office and everyone there warm and welcoming they also don't hesitate to help you out or answer any questions you do have. It's also great for new and seasoned REALTORS to join with training being provided multiple times during the month, so there is always an opportunity to learn something new.
