Break N Wings

You can't beat a $10 special of burger + fries + pop. A side of coleslaw would've been great, but alas, it's not part of the offer. The burger itself was tasty but the presentation could have been better. Onions and tomatoes need to be sliced thinner, cheese is missing, and lettuce is chopped into strips instead of whole leaves. The patty was well done, as opposed to medium as I prefer, but it was an 8oz patty as opposed to the usual 4oz one. There was too much mayo on one bun instead of a mayo+ketchup or house-made sauce on both buns. The bun itself was pretty good, no complaints there. Overall, it was a tasty burger, but "No Bull Burgers" just down the street presents real competition. Especially when you take into account the availability of a patio at "No Bull Burgers". Overall, there's pretty stiff competition in that area when it comes to burgers, and the fact that "Break N Wings" lacks a patio makes me wanna go elsewhere next time where there is a patio. The interior is rather dated, with walls pained in a very dark colour, creating a less than welcoming atmosphere. Rock music blasting from the speaker doesn't help with creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff working there are fantastic. Very friendly and nice people.

You don’t get one pound of wings and they’re very dry. We got “naked wings” while they’re crunchy naked should not be crunchy . The staff is nice, but don’t have a lot of knowledge of spicy level. Ordered wings for a child and they said it wasn’t spicy when it was.Food: 1/5

The choice of flavours, friendly staff didn’t get his name but was very friendly, that alone left me feeling great, and the freshness of the food earns this place a 5/5. The wings were a nice size, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The flavours were excellent. The wet and wild green chilli and onion were nice and spicy, really liked this flavour. With dill my favourite, ranch, and blue cheese they’ve got everyone covered on dips. The fries and sweet potato fries terrific and crispy. Albeit the Thai mango salad was a little on the bland side, could have been the lack of dressing, it was fresh and possibly not the best order on our part. Don’t think I saw any TVs or alcohol on site but these days it’s take out only anyway. I haven’t found a better wing in the beaches so this is my new go-to!

ordered from here via skipthedishes. 2lb of wings and basic burger/fries. bun was rubbery, fries greasy and were plain cavendish fries. wings were dry and barely had any sauce on them. ordered creamy dill and honey garlic. wings also had a strong greasy taste like the oil hasnt been changed in forever. just plain horrible. wont be ordering here again. also a couple hours later after eating i was stuck using the washroom violently and frequently.

New takeout wings place that looks to be originally from Ajax that took over the former Tropical Thai location and have yet to update their caller ID. I think they even still take orders for Thai food a super barebones operation with 1 person manning the front & taking orders and 1 cook. The interior has a few seats and tables to eat. Definitely a grab & go wings place. Ordered for pickup over the phone and the dude taking the order was a bit slow and didn't really understand what was being said. Slow process but got done with a wait time of 20min... They didn't seem super organized and if they get slammed by orders, not sure how they'd manage. They really should think about an online ordering system as a takeout joint. They do have ubereats, skip the dishes, etc but like all restos, significantly inflate their prices to account for the fees.. Overall not bad for the price. Probably still lean heavily towards the green dragon for bigger & more flavourful wings. But definitely more flavour varieties here. Ordered the chefs combo for $61.99 $74.99 via uber eats that included 4lbs of wings 4 flavours, onion rings, fries, mozza sticks and 3 dipping sauces. Everything was quite good & pretty good value. Wings were slightly on the dry side but pretty well sized. Each pound had 8 wings. Wing flavours we got in order of enjoyment: Dry Parmesan - my favourite of the order. Pretty much wings dusted with parmesan powder Smokey jerk - pretty good jerk flavour. Not spicy at all Garljc Cajun - not bad, mainly salty with some Cajun flavour. Definitely not as good as the green dragons cajun Sweet chili - zero spice and not much honey flavour. Probably wouldn't order this again With 100 flavours, it seems a bit excessive but they're all slight variations on some base flavours. Also their menu is a little random with tex Mex, burgers, sandwiches, wraps.

The food was to die for!! Every dish hit the spot I went there with my girlfriend and her friend they loved it. I would diff tell everyone try the burgers there super tasty.Food: 5/5

Incredible wings, flavorful full of sauce, I love the Kansas bbq. For 18 and change for a lb of wings , fries and a pop, it's a steal! Love this place

Had some wings with honey garlicky so delicious had to order more barbecue wings wow absolutely amazing jaffna fries is a must have!!!!! Beautiful atmosphereFood: 5/5

If you are looking for WOWZA SPICY get these Ultimate Jafna. Yummm. And ask for a garlic parm drizzle on top. So good! I dare u! Haha Also the gentleman working today Tuesday May 10th was incredibly helpful with choosing a flavor, and very kind. Thank you..you are the reason I'm putting 5 star.
