BreadLove

I was thrilled to find a local sourdough bakery and BreadLove did not disappoint. Favourites include the country loaf, the regular sourdough, and the cheddar chive loaf it’s incredible. My daughter loves it too as she always seems to get a complimentary cookie when she’s with me! Hours are limited so check before you go. I follow on Instagram for updates on new flavours and features.

Tried contacting them two separate times through instagram to inquire about a product and both times my messages were seen and completely ignored. Bad customer service see the review below. Please show your customers more respect and at least respond to their messages. Also just a tip but if nobody monitors the DMs on your instagram or if you do not like interacting with customers on there then maybe put that in your bio. This left a bad taste in my mouth and you lost a potential customer.

Ordered 2 sourdough bread yesterday & exceeded my expectations. Ordered Weds night & was ready Thursday morning. What prompted me to order was the health benefits of sourdough.

Everything I got was so delicious! You can tell the bread is made with love and chatting with the owner Laura was so lovely. They are a peanut-free facility with lots of different options, including some sweet treats and the best sourdough chocolate chip cookies. Can't wait to go back to try more things and maybe take a class!

I did not have a great customer experience here today. And after reflecting on it, I have decided to leave a review. I’m not sure if this person was having a bad day, but I walked in as the door was open. The sign inside stated they weren’t open till noon. It was 11, so out of respect, not stupidity, I asked if they were open. I got a snarky and condescending response. I don’t need to go into details but normally this is not how you treat someone who wants to spend money in your business. I’m from Edmonton and went out of my way to try this place. Not again, it felt like this man was not happy to be there and not happy to see me. Edmontonians stick to Brio for your sourdough and quality customer service. While I think Breadlove products are decent, I can spend my money elsewhere.

Best chocolate chip cookie in the Edmonton/St. Albert area! And ridiculously soft bread.

Pretty sure this is the best bread in the greater Edmonton area. The sourdough is amazing!

Had their Haskap berry scone today. WOW!! Best out there. I will be back!!

Amazing breads, and very friendly staff. Bread making classes are offered.
