Everything is good here. If you like crusty bread soft and light in the middle, then be patient and wait the queue. The pastries and sandwiches will not disappoint.
Amazing choices of goodies! The focaccia bread and almond croissant were both out of this world! Also, one of the best lattes I had recently!
A great new place in Hudson. Bread is, as you would hope, excellent. I tried the baguette and the country sourdough. Baguette was very authentic, and was a great partner to some local camembert i had bought. The sourdough had a deep, hard crust and sour yet light crumb inside.
Beautifully presented with balanced and fun flavors. Friendly staff and a safe shopping environment. Def worth the wait if there is a line.
Totally delish! This is our second time here. Would go every weekend if closer. Worth the hour+ drive and standing on line in 28 degree weather. Highly recommend their almond croissant & fruit passion cruffin. But honestly you can't go wrong with any of their baked goods. Coffee was just okay.
Best pastries in Hudson! Go on a Monday if your local to avoid the lines
